Me and my father both bought a generac 6500 generator. The day of melton. His worked 4 hours min worked about 18 hours before they keeep shutting down called a week later. Told them they told me to bring them down and they would fix it or give me a new one . so I made time in between my 2 business to take them down there and they wouldn’t take them . Will never shop here ever again beware .

For all your home improvement needs visit Sunshine Ace.They have everything.They have an awesome gift shop with very unique gifts.The store is spotless and even smells clean and fresh!Rick H helped me find everything I was looking for and be even put my chainsaw together!I love Sunshine ace hardware on West Bay drive.The gift department is fun.

I purchased a $1,100 (including battery) 15 foot Stihl pole trimmer. While there they said they could repair the cord on my chain saw. I took it in and the manager gave me a receipt. He said it would be a day, I called, they said by the end of the following day. I went in a few days later, they said because it was an Echo they could not repair it. They do not sell Echo. They were going to wind a new cord as it broke. No big deal. They never called me. The manager, same guy who initially took it from me said they cannot repair Echo. I also ordered a Stihl battery blower that is approx $400. I would have ordered another $300 battery. I said I'be be out of town for three weeks, they said it will be waiting when I return. I returned, nothing. They said they would order it and call me. Never called. Two weeks later, no one knows anything. Today I ordered what I needed on line, almost $1,000 - business they lost. I prefer to support local but when they do not deserve the business, they do not get it. I will wait longer for some of what I bought (they had it in the store) but again, they did not deserve my business. Stores like this ask why customers shop Amazon. It's easier! BTW _ it's so difficult to decipher prices on the power products. They have so many tags and products. It's work to figure out, not on Amazon.

Great service. After making the mistake of going to the other 2 BigBox stores who didn't know anything about plumbing, I got fantastic friendly help at Ace. Now my problem is fixed without spending a lot of money on things I didn't need which was the solution from the other places.

This Ace is SO much better than the usual Ace's (and Ace has always been awesome my whole life! I was shopping with my dad at Ace when I was a little kid back in the 70's!) The guys in Hardware have helped me on many occasions to solve problems or check my car's key fob or help me work out what I can press into use to fix something. The other staff are always helpful as well. LOVE the gift shop!

Very interesting store, I love to visit and there are so many fine gifts, not to mention Brand names, i.e. Benjamin Moore, and very helpful employees. More personal than the big box stores. You can truly do your one stop shopping here. You can go with your spouse and find something interesting for both.
