Helpful hands there got right to the pieces that I needed for my plumbing repair. unfortunately I took a star off because the guy that was helping me insisted on their only being one cap that I needed. I knew there was more than that but it was the wrong cap after all. Oh well everything else worked out good price is good.

First time here I walk in was greeted Hello How are you followed by 2 beautiful well behaved puppies that greeted everyone who came in . Gentleman in the back I think his name is Garret very very helpful and attentive to what you need.

This Ace store has that small mom and pop store feel to it. I was looking for a cylinder pipe and found one. The dog at the counter right where the entrance is at greets you when you enter the store. Thanks Ace and the staff that works there.

Just bought the first replacement chain for my new Stihl chainsaw. Took it home and it was too short. Went back to Ace and my new best friend Ray took a look at it, spun the tensioner adjustment, and the chain fit perfectly. He was patient and understanding even though it was due to my lack of knowledge. Kudos to Ray and Ace!

Walked in, not greeted at all. Staff couldn't be bothered. When I asked for help, the women at the front desk did not want to help and brushed me off annoyed. Zero stars if it was possible.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They're all very knowledgeable on many different types of tasks. Huge bonus is they have Chuckles candy up front! Definitely will be going there before Lowe's or Home depot in the future .
