Disappointed. I go to this car wash all the time. It’s always worked. Tonight I pulled up. Paid the $12 and went through. I must have not been pulled up or something was off. The wash was about to start then said wash over. I sat there for a minute and went inside to tell the girl. The girl was acting strange when I showed her my bank account statement saying check card 11/13 7-11 store 38336 Largo Florida and she stepped back 5 feet and just kept saying if you don’t have a receipt I can’t help you. She kept looking to the back like she was gonna get in trouble. I didn’t get a receipt and wouldn’t be in there showing her my account if I had. I called back after leaving the line of people behind me asking for a managers help. She said to me her manager wouldn’t be in till tomorrow and I could come meet him face to face then. I really couldn’t believe this was happening over a $12 car wash. So I’m out $12 and won’t ever go back to this 7-11 because it’s too much of a risk for the machine not to be working and the inside has the worst customer service person I’ve ever met in my life working there. $12 for nothing.

The store was very clean even the bathrooms. It was about 1:00 at night and pizza chicken wings as well as taquitos and hot dogs. We hadn't eaten since late afternoon so we were very hungry. It was nice to have a choices

Charge $6.49 for 24 pack of 7-11 water , how do you charge more money for your product than Zephyrhills water, and still can't pay employees fairly while they watch your store for you while you stay at home playing with yourself

Slowest gas pumps in history. SEVEN minutes to fill up. Seven minutes! And I had to go to two different pumps and try multiple times before my credit card was accepted. Also had to go into the store to ask why pump wouldn't take my card and the entirely indifferent clerk simply said, "Move to another pump." Last time I'll be getting gas at this 711.

The mgmt is great! I told the mgr I was having problems finding a 7- Eleven that has my usual herbal energy drink ( their store brand), in stock. She told me she would keep them fully stocked for me, since I usually buy a minimum of 6. Since then, this has become my "go to"store. The mgr has had them in stock every time I go there. Plus, the store is always neat and clean! There is also a gas station there, which adds to the convenience of stopping.
