Store is dirty very dirty the slurpee machines need to be wiped down.The floors need to be swept and mopped and the personal appearance some of the staff is ? Whoever is in charge of this store needs to step it up. Make your employees do their job and keep the store clean.????

Whole crew does a bunch of drugs. The management is probably the worst I've seen in a while. avoid at all costs don't give your money to this store. They cannot manage nor do they clean. it is FILTHY!!! I have to reach out to the health inspectors due to the mold and mildew all over that has gotten me sick. As well as OSHA for the unsafe environment
The management woman that works at night sits outside with friends asking the homeless for drugs or where to get drugs.
They all STEAL THE TIPS out of the charity jar!!
How pathetic can you get??
I am actually going to speak to my attorney as they hire and fire people without pay and they jus sit around and get high off camera.
I've actually spoken to someone from 7-Eleven headquarters I'm waiting to hear back now before I file a lawsuit at the courthouse for sexual harassment and much more I hope that they reach back out soon
After all of this has happened I decided to go get a drink on my own and keep in mind I had nothing to do with whatever issues they had with the disabled woman that they hired and then battered

Rat infestation.
Poor management. I've been going to this store for almost ten years, several times a day. Not anymore! Customer service and cleanliness is ACTUALLY important. The manager thinks she owns the place. Saw 3 people smoking outside and had to wait in my car for 9 minutes before I could go inside... At 8pm?! And the way they treat their employees is HORRIBLE.
And NOW discrimination against anyone who is a family member or friend of an ex employee isn't allowed in the store? To where even the employees don't understand?
HORRIBLY ran. This was such a better store when they had the same employees for years instead of a revolving door of drug addicts.

The Worst Store ever! The store itself looks dirty. No hot food items ready to purchase fountain machine broken out of order . Always homeless people or people who do drugs on location .

There is a couple people that work here that are polite. They are the only reason I gave two stars. I regularly stopped here throughout the week. That will no longer continue. There is one cashier who is always rude here. I went in this morning she had me wait for her to ring me up. I smiled and proceeded to chat with her while she rang up my purchase. She rudely asked me to hold on so she could talk on her personal phone then went on to chat all friendly with the customer that walked up behind me. Needless to say I will not be visiting there again. Customer service is important!

Assistant manager sitting outside smoking at 11:45 pm with a friend not a coworker and told me they're closed so she didn't have to sell to a customer. 24/7? Lol.

The Arab guys working here in the evening and at night are extremely rude! They have no sense of customer service and if you ask a question as to why their doing something or they feel annoyed by you for any reason they will clear your rewards info and proceed with the transaction causing you to pay full price!

Had to notify health department again! Employees and mamagement seem to not understand to serve food, you have to have a working restroom! Which always works they just say or doesn't to some patrons. I guess they will have to stop serving food here, since you can't wash your hands here. Looks like largo health department can't fix problem, so we will contact state and federal health department to find out why. Bathroom is still closed while serving food. Everything will hit the fan today! Promise.
