I visited this Wells Fargo branch today despite multiple warnings from friends and fellow WF customers not to. After enduring a 45-minute wait, a staff member informed me that they only serve customers with appointments. Although I initially sought assistance, no one had communicated this requirement. I strongly recommend staying away from this unprofessional branch.

Made an appointment to open two new accounts on March 25th and was serviced by a tall strong muscular looking guy who spoke creole and English and that looked like he was going to a bar per his dress code. Any ways my fiancés foreign valid passport and approved valid visa card along with two forms of proof of address which was my car registration that has both our names and the T-Mobile bill that has my fiancés name and address was rejected by your personal after I told him that this was told by us by another worker but he refused to listen and told me " no need to stress about this " he later said he cant help us so we left I ended up going to wells fargo on 4901 S Military where everyone dress and looked professional and when I told the manager what had happened he said some " retraining needs to be done at the lantana office "" we ended up opening the accounts with the same docuemtn. Michael Nguyen is the MVP of bankers!!! I went in to the Bank today to take care of something. Screaming kids, people who only wanted to deal with "their person" due to language barriers, the whole nine yards. Michael swoops in like a superstar and knocks the wait list down to nothing. Unfazed. He was so customer conscious and took care of my transaction fast and easy, all the while taking care to be sure he was correct. I hate going to the bank. Not so much anymore. I would go to this branch any day. The team worked together really well. Thank you Michael.

Very very disappointed with this bank..the worst customer service.I went to this location on Friday 27 with appointment to obtain a letter from the bank and they couldn't do the letter because they need to requested to the main office. With appointment they take care of me on that hall and now I called the customer service and they don't. Have records of any request from that branch. Lobby was full of Haitian people and the person there just prioritized them,also they couldn't give me a fax confirmation and I asked and they said the machine doesn't provide a fax confirmation. Really!!!! Do not waste your time coming to this office .

Went today to open my first account and everything was excellent. The costumer service and the banker who attended me as a first time costumer(last name Valburn) he explained everything in a way that it was easy and understandable and I really appreciated that. Excellent service!

I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for over 15years, today I was locked out of my online banking and when I went into the branch to get 5 minutes of help, NONE of the bankers could help me basically informing me to go to another branch... Not only did they turn me away they also sent away about 4 other customers waiting. Please tell me why are your bankers literally walking into work at almost 1pm knowing that at the end of every month and Fridays especially are going to be busy at the bank. POOR MANAGEMENT.

Went to get my card replaced without turning it off because my chip stopped work but the card swipe still worked. Three people looking at it said yeah your card will be fine. I already did this and was waiting on a new card to come and it never came and my old card was still working. They cancelled my card and now I have to wait a week for a new one.

This is in reference to a business account. Several times over the past two months I have gone through the drive-through and waited longer than one hour only to receive the most horrible service from a very rude and nasty teller. After waiting in the drive up line for 17 minutes, and being at the COMMERCIAL WINDOW for 26 minutes today, deposit put in the drawer, and she has still not taken my deposit from the drawer. I called the Lantana location (that I was sitting in the drive-through). I had to call back seven times because there was no one available to take my call. Finally I was able to reach a human being and explained my situation. I let him know that not all of the tellers are like what I have explained today. Just the one certain girl that was there today. When I got there there was four cars in the different lines in drive-through. When I left there was 11 cars waiting just as long as I I’m sure. It is unacceptable.

The driver thru i the worst i ever see. Again today is lock like hire employee with not experiencia if i dont check my paper i dont have money today . i give them deposit for my company plus personal check. After i check my deposit and is missing my personal check the teller she say deposit my check bit she didnt deposite or cash my check the worst never back anda monday i closed my business acount

Terrible branch. Every time you walk in there is a huge line of people but only 1 or 2 cashiers helping and you can see multiple employees just doing nothing instead of helping. Is it that they dont know how to do basic banking?

Rundown branch that badly needs to fire there lazy bankers and hire and train some new blood. Go to woolbright & federal location where they are actually trained.
