Angel is very helpful and welcoming.

Always helpful and good at making recommendations for new flavors/products to try. Prices are always competitive and usually have some sort of deal or special going on. Their rewards points system is also one of the most generous around. This place is always my first choice when it’s time for a new vape.

I was highly impressed with my experience yesterday. While on vacation, I needed a new vape and ran across your shop. Morgan was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will be returning for future needs during my vacations to the area.

The manager Morgan is the absolute worst. Not only is she always in the back room watching TV, but she will keep customers waiting for her to come to the register for 10-15min at a time, she also never ID's customers, and most of all, she treats her coworkers like complete garbage threatening to call the cops on them for absolutely nothing. Gary the newest employee is actually a really great guy and very informative of the product. You can tell he actually takes pride in working there. Good luck trying to get any questions answered if Morgan is working. A simple question such as "what vape would you suggest?" Will be answered with "ugh I don't know." Or "just pick one" while she sucks her teeth. Thats if she doesn't just kick you out of the store for no reason other than asking about the product. She is extremely unprofessional and down right rude. If I were the owner, I would most definitely reevaluate who I have holding the keys while not present. YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS BY HAVING HER THERE. MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH HER.

I give 3 stars for the 3 stars that actually have care and compassion about their job. Amilia, Morgan, and I think his name is James but not 100% positive (he wears glasses). This place is my go to for incense and candles. I recently walked out on 3 separate occasions because of this peach of a girl angel or Angela, (sarcasm) she is the most miserable and rudest person I have ever met in my life. If she is there I turn around and walk out. She acts as if customers being in the store is a huge inconvenience. She stands behind the counter with her back turned sucking on her vape with her hat pulled all the way down. Is absolutely zero help in the event you may have a question. I have many friends that do the same thing when they go and she is working. Why do you condone this YOU ARE LOOSING BUSINESS because of her. Get her out!!! This place is so much fun when my 3 stars are there. Thanks to you ladies and gentlemen. Amilia, Morgan and James (I think). Y’all are my favs. Thanks for being you ?

The lady who was working Sunday afternoon was very helpful and friendly. Found a new favor vape brand.
