Almost didn't go here because of the reviews, then saw all USPS' in the area are ranked poorly. As someone who had a good experience that you'd expect from a post office, I am going to share it!I came in to mail in a passport renewal form with my old passport and a check, so instantly that level of adulting stressed me out. I didn't have an envelope and didn't know what I was doing. This was on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:30pm and there were 2 associates working. One woman helped me get my life together. She was kind and patient, discussed priority envelope options, etc. I stepped aside to write out the mailing address and package my forms so she could service other customers, but there was never a line of more than one person waiting.I just tracked my package and saw it left the facility at the end of that same day so in my eyes they did everything they could and more for me.

If the USPS ever shuts down it would be nothing but a net positive. Especially the stores here. They truly can't get anything right. They will lie and say they delivered it even though they never do. My area doesn't have a mailbox but they love to say I do, I'd be happy if they didnt lie and just say they cant deliver so at least I can get the refund but they can't even do that. I dont order stuff from them but sometimes they take the orders instead of UPS or other services I have to use and ruin everything. If youre wondering why dont i get a PO box with them i tried. They couldnt even get that right i set it up online went and showed the lady there the papers and like a malfunction robot she was completely useless like they all are.

Horrible people!!! They charged my husband $56.05 to mail a 3 pound package! Should have been $20.85, but the guy claimed it was the size of the box. The box I just received from someone else who had no issues with the size of the box. Completely insane! Horrible, horrible people. And at Christmas time, none the less. BEWARE!!!

Very unprofessional post office ..Needs new employees that want to help customers. 2day shipped not delivered 2weeks ...lost for days then found , still not delivered days from then for no reason after called and rescheduled, found sitting on shelf a week after planned delivery date Monday had to get it myself after calling 5 times ..AVOID IF POSSIBLE

The male who was working today at 9:30am is unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. He should not be working for the postal service or in customer service. I am appalled by his behavior. I have never had an issue here until recently. I have had 2 packages that were to be mailed out and never scanned in that I personally dropped off at the post office. I hope someone looks into these issues and replaces this employee.

The ladies over there are very disrespectful, laughed at peoples accents, and were not willing to help.
