“My only problem came with central location and not with the one I have my storage unit with. I was down sizing, taking stuff out and letting the unit go, and then getting another small unit in the same building. When I called to rent the next unit they had one available. I said I’ll take it. And what is my confirmation number?
The woman said just use the new units number150. I said ok and I’ll start the day I close out the other unit, which was only a week or two. When I got there I told the manager Tom I reserved a unit. 150. He looked it up and said it was taken. I said but I have a confirmation number 150? He said HO! We were waiting for to call us back?”
