Palm Beach car cannot be trusted on top of that we have made 2 purchases and one of our cars had of repairs I have spent almost 1500 in repairs tryed to get the car running right and the mechanic cannot figure out but I took it to one of the diagnostic and they told me that the transmission is slipping so I have been dealing with this for months and weeks and weeks I have been trying to get a hold of the person and he won't return my phone calls or my texts this is the worst business I have ever dealed with I still owe old the vehicle and i just wont with this place ever again the staff are rude i just wont waste my money or my time

I've bought several cars over the years from Palm Beach Car and Truck and been one happy customer. Their office clerks do paperwork promptly and explain everything about the paperwork (compared to bigger dealers who just tell you to sign) and what you are signing. Great place to do business ?!

Just bought a car from these people 3 weeks ago today and the engine seized up the car. Tried talking to them to see if there was something they could do and there response was its now my problem not there's. They also register vehicles with fraudulent information.

I recently bought a car from these folks. It's taken almost 1 month to obtain my license plate decal. They are not diligent in answering phone calls nor returning text messages. They have no urgency for customer service.

If you want Good service, and a vehicle with no bad conditions don't get a car from these people. I bought a car for them and 3 weeks later the car didn't want to work. I spent 1,200 just to fix it, do yourselves a favor and don't purchase a car for these people.
