“I recently had wrist surgery that required I wear a brace afterward. I had several large returns that I was dropping off at UPS which was difficult with my injury. As I was approaching the door to the store with a cart I was having difficulty opening the door. Stevens, the store manager, noticed and came out to help me with the door and lifting the packages for me. He even returned the cart for me. I was truly impressed with how courteous and helpful he was. Good job UPS!”
“Beat UPS I’ve ever been too can’t believe any negative comments… I get helped quickly, in and out… except maybe during lunch rush, right before it closes or on weekends… there may be a line during those busy times but it usually moves quick. Smart friendly easy going employees here.”
