Decent vet however a very frustrating process of constant rescheduling just to be told the same excuse every time

They are the best! They accept taking care of my cat who becomes an unrecognizable beast and don't demand anesthesia to treat him. They listen to me, explain everything clearly, and follow up. This is more than can be expected from any other vet, much less healthcare in general (I'm an RN). I wish every medical facility had this level of compassion, care, and integrity. I truly appreciate them! THANK YOU!!

When I visited this place with my pup months ago to establish a new vet near my new residence and although the staff were great, especially Fallon and Carrie, the vet Dr. Kadish was very rude and almost like in a rush to get through the exam, which I didn't appreciate. I'd ask questions and he'd make me feel ignorant. Also, after calling around I realize he was very expensive. They also had a bearded dragon up front and its tank was FILTHY. I would definitely do some research before considering this place.

AMAZING and caring staff! It is the only office that I have ever dealt with that a vet tech will get on the phone almost every time I call. This is truly a great office and glad I have them.

Dr. Love has given exceptional care to our dog over the years. Dr. Love was exceptionally caring at the end stage of our dog, Jacques’ life. We are very grateful for the care she gave him and our family.

Dr K is amazing, Dr love cared for my mothers giant rabbits for ages and looong ago we brought my childhood pets to this office before the previous vet retired. I see a lot of reviews calling this place dumpy, I disagree. In fact it's a very cool little building in a lush little lot. Interior may be dated but I think it's actually very cool that it maintains its original vintage look. I suspect lots of these negative reviewers are either very stuck up or think 'new means better.' Whose to say except that it has never smelled badly in the +/- 25 years I've been a client and I have always received caring and complete care here. I currently take my 16 year old ABD here for pain management (no surprise a big dog like her has joints like rusty hinges at this age) and not only did Dr K take time to listen to ALL of my concerns after a decade of not seeing my pet, he changed her prescription to two new pills that work twice as well as my previous medication for half the cost! Price was less than I paid at that excuse of an office they call Banfield and the care was so much more considerate and complete. In short, a good vet is hard to find and my experience has been wonderful so I would recommend anybody looking for a dedicated vet who will remember their pets to give them a chance! P.S. Dr K works with local rescues and does a lot to save the lives of neglected and abused rescue animals, I find it very hard to believe the picture some of these negative reviewers paint of his character. He has always been very warm, kind, and even a little funny for all my visits!

First they either place you on hold for a long time or you get voicemail. You can text them and still get no response. I order pills for my dog and they say they're not ready since the doctor hasn't approved it yet. Why approval if she gets the same pills every month??? Now on to Dr. Love who is truly not good. My dog had stomach issues and she put her on pills. After the pills were completed the symptoms came back. I called to bring her back in and was told she said to but back on pills. When she got sick the third time ( a Saturday) and called and spoke to Mandy she said she would speak to the doctor but they were booked. To make a long story short took my dog to another vet and she had Pancreatitis. Then it took days to get her records. If you love your pet please don't take them there.

I like the the practice and the vets and staff are wonderful. The only reason for the 4 stars is I don't like that they take the dog away from me to do the exam (especially when I am sitting in an exam room) and the doctor comes in after he has examined the dog. I can understand if they need to weigh her that they take her to the back, but I feel the exam should be done in front of the pet parent.

Worst veterinarian i have ever been too. Front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. Clinic was dirty, exam rooms smelt like dirty mop water. Dr.K does not examine pets, rushes you out building and barely answers your questions. For an annual exam it goes up to $600-$700 and then claim half of the services are not necessary

They are definitely higher in price than some. Dr. L is a nitwit, Dr. K is not a bad veterinarian and is knowledgeable. He was helpful with our German Shepherds. The low score mostly reflects the rude, ignorant millennials that work the front desk. The piss-poor attitudes just make a person want to reach across the desk and slap a new expression on their face. Why is it so hard to be pleasant to your customers!? If you're so damn miserable then move on!

Do not waste your money. I have price checked with 3 other offices within walking distance and this place is charging double for the same services. Don't patronize the price gouging. They tried to hit me with a $600 bill for an annual visit for my 14 lb. mini dachshund, then doubled back when my jaw hit the floor, saying "oh, well not all of it is necessary." But even for the essentials they wanted $260 for $130 worth of services. Vote with your wallet and take your business elsewhere.

I recently had to put my 13 year old yellow lab to sleep and came here since I've been coming to this vet for a few years now. The front staff was helpful in squeezing me in for this type of visit and I am greatly appreciative for it. Moreover, I had a different veterinarian come in to look over my dog, he was very professional(I don't remember names at the moment), and very up front. Overall the procedure went fine and the veterinarian as well as the vet tech, were awesome in their actions in helping releasing my dogs pain. The staff gave my wife and I as much time as we needed to grieve on a busy day. Overall I would recommend this place. Over the years they were very accurate in identifying problems my Labs have had.
