Latasha was very very rude and very very unprofessional she had a worker waiting outside to come into the building like he was a customer at 9am, the gentleman worker was very nice and professional and went to show us the unit after we came back from looking at the unit she then went on to give us a hard time about the unit we rented and ultimately kicked us out and declined to service us Go back and has yet to refund the payment we made for the unit. I would must definitely not recommend renting a storage unit from this establishment because of the very poor customer service experience that they provide she should most definitely be trained on customer service because she clearly does not have any.

Run away do not buy anything from them they charge 3x what u-haul or Home Depot charges for boxes and supplies

I just want to say that i would highly recommend lantana self storage to everyone it is clean and your stuff are safe and protected but most importantly the staff and the manager i was in a very bad situation and they treated me like family they listened to my concerns they encouraged me and the saved me from losing my stuff i am grateful for these people and i appreciate their kindness and willingness to help when times get rough.again to the staff and manager thank you so much and i really appreciate you.

Latasha and her staff provided great service throughout the entire time I needed storage there. They were quick to help when I needed more storage space also. Good people, good place. Definitely five stars.

I would highly recommend Lantana Self Storage to anyone in the area!! Latasha & the entire office staff have been nothing short of extremely friendly, professional & accommodating. I have had multiple units here over the last few years & have never had a bad experience. The units are affordable, vary in size, always well maintained & accessibility is never an issue. Take my word & take them into consideration for your storage/U-Haul needs!!!

We are very happy and satisfied with this facility. We have had multiple units from them in the last 3 years. We were no longer in need of our unit, however, if we ever need one again, I would not hesitate to contact them again. Their staff and owner have the customer service that is hard to find nowadays, friendly, honest and happy. Thank you Lantana Self Storage for going above and beyond for your customers and making i5 a hassle free experience.

I left this place a 5 star review years ago when they had better management. I came back for my yearly uhual and Everyone in this place looks like they’re on drugs now! Not to mention the wait, it was over 20mins just to talk to someone here and they still didn’t have my truck. Do Better !!

I rented a UHaul truck through Lantana Self Storage. On the day of my reservation their UHaul computer system was down. But Millie and Debbie who run the place were amazing and helped me check in and out on my phone. Thank you ladies! If I ever need another UHaul truck I will definitely go to Lantana Self Storage.
