Jordy helped me out they were very good to me very respectful excellent customer service, I went in there to get my S23 Ultra switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile. “After being dismissed by the store in Boynton Beach, I went to the Delray store. Julian is the manager there. He was courteous, patient, and tried to help me as much as possible. The store was very busy, but he took his time with me. He told me to comeback and he would sync my phone to my laptop. He wasn't there on Sunday but another very nice young man helped me another issue that I had on the new phone. I will definitely go back on Monday and ask Julian for more help.”

They fixed my screen in about an hour on a saturday. I recommend anyone and everyone to go to them. It's in the Plaza on Okeechobee Boulevard where Royal Subs is across from the turnpike”

“Well, let me start by saying we had visited the version store close to the Wellington mall- it was terrible - we ended up leaving because of the pisspoor service - neglect , and ignorance of the store employees. Now we visited this store. Mariann greeted us at the door , asked what we needed and we let her know. She helped us while the store was fairly busy. She was able to satisfy our request, assisted us with the purchase and got us out in a timely manner. She was extremely friendly and hospitable. She should be recognized for this.
