I went to my bank BOA which I have had for 40 + years to get a line of credit against my home. Didn't work out and Catia got me my line of credit as she understood my tax returns and my portfolio. Great job and definitely give her a call.

Outside Unlimited is the property management company for the Boca Ridge Glen Homeowners Association. When it came time to obtain a loan for their special assessment, they turned to Global CommercialBanc. The team at Global CommercialBanc was there during the loan process and even afterwards with the draw request period which without Global CommercialBanc assistance, it could have been more daunting process than it was.
