They told me to tape the box myself and drop off and then walked away. So I got tape, taped the box and asked her if I could pay for the tape…she then just walked away? I went to find her to ask what I do with the package (do I scan it or something and leave it somewhere, do I go to the cashier, am I waiting for you…reasonable questions, right?) She sighed and said I’ll be right with you. I’m sorry, I’m not a mind reader and I still don’t know if I need you to drop off my package or can someone else help me? So another gentlemen walked up and I asked if he could help me. When I said I was shipping an item he first said I could try a different location? I said no, I drove out of my way to come to this location? Then, he said no, he couldn’t help me because the girl is getting a scanner to scan your box. Well, I had no idea, she didn’t seem too friendly to me. I told him I had no idea and explained that I was not happy with the service. He started questioning me as to why; is it because of the tape? Which it was not. I explained that I had no idea if I were suppose to drop my box off or wait for someone because they were very clear that “this is just a drop off” but I wanted a receipt that the box was shipped? Then the girl chimed in that she had to get a scanner…that’s fine but how did I know? The customer service element here can be better, a little bit of communication goes a long way. Or maybe some signs since the people behind the counter weren’t there.
