I just needed a minor job (link removals) on 2 watches that I have and the Hispanic gentleman that helped me (apparently the owner of the store) was 1st very rude, 2 he was extremely clumsy with my items as they were scratched and dented, mind you the were mid-high end watches (tag heuer and omega). 3 extremely expensive. 4 He didn't know how to preform his job correctly as he took 2 days for a simple removal of 2 links on both watches. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I will never ever go there again, so please do yourself a favor and never take your jewelry there if you don't want to end up upset like I did.
