As a buyer, I recently had the opportunity to work with Lisa King with Blue Chip Lending for a mortgage loan, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with their services.From the start, the loan officer was very friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the different types of loans available and answering all of my questions. She was very patient with me, as I was a first-time homebuyer and had many doubts and concerns.Overall, I would highly recommend Blue Chip Lending to anyone in need of a mortgage loan. Lisa made the home buying process much easier and less stressful for me, and I am grateful for her help.

Where do I even start? Lisa is the absolute best from the moment we started with her. She said from the beginning to trust her and thats what we did! From 2 purchases and 1 sell, I would not go anywhere else but to her at Blue Chip Lending Services!! She is always there to help even if its to be on a 3 way call with our mortgage(after purchasing with her a year prior) to make sure we don't get scammed!! Lisa does everything from the heart and will always be on your side whenever you may need her!!

As a first time home buyer the prospect of buying a home seemed daunting. To call Nicholette a hard worker would be an understatement. When my husband and I decided to refinance our home, she was there at our every beck and call (after hours, too!) to make sure we had everything prepped and ready to score the lowest rate possible. Being new to the refinancing process meant we had tons of questions along the way, but with Nicholette’s help, we knew we were being taken care of. Now, we get to enjoy an incredible rate and can even afford to pay more down each week to cut years off our loan. Thanks again Nicholette!

I had the most incredible experience with Peter and Lisa. They were truly on my side and made sure that I was going to get into my first home!
