“Arrived at the bank without the appoitment to open a savings account. We stood in line for a couple of minutes and then we found assistance from one of the Wells Fargo employees, who directed us to Branch Manager Mr. Michael Nguyen, and for that we are thankful to her for her prompt assistance. Mr. Nguyen was very efficient, effective, personable and attended to our banking needs flawlessly. 5 ⭐️, A+, 10/10.”

“Best BBT Branch I have been too. Fast, Efficient and Knowledgeable. As many banks with walk in branches closed most of this year the lines here were longer than normal at drive through but this branch still moved things along at a good pace. I have always found the staff friendly and willing to explain any issues with your account. Good work though these difficult times.”
“Three drive through ATMs and two indoor walk up ATMs. They are all available 24hrs for BOA members, you can access by using your check card at the swipe on the front door. Security guard is posted during business hours, and the building is clean and well staffed.”
