Been living here for 4 years now and love everyone at Aura. We’re expecting to renew our lease again, hoping it doesn’t skyrocket since we love living here! Alyssa and Sharlene are great! As well as all the maintenance staff.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sharlene at Aura Seaside Apartments and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the onset, Sharlene demonstrated unparalleled customer service and patience, ensuring all our questions were answered and needs met with a level of professionalism and care that is rare to find. Her commitment to going over and beyond truly made our decision to choose Aura Seaside an easy one.The longevity of the staff with team members boasting 4-6 years is what comforted us and the stability speaks volume about the positive environment and management quality.In comparing other options, it became clear that Aura Seaside stood out in terms of value for money, location, and overall living experience.For anyone in search of a new home, we cannot recommend Sharlene and Alyssa at Aura Seaside highly enough. My tour was great, they are open & honest! The assistant property manager, Alyssa, was so wonderful - she knew all the residents & they all seemed to love her. The apartments themselves are beautiful but this is my #1 at the moment due to how Alyssa conducted herself.

Great place and community to live! People are always friendly and management is ready to help you with any questions. They provided amenities that you would find in a resort and it was very clean.

Sharlene.....as our time at Aura expired at the end of the year, we want to Thank You and your staff for such a wonderful time for the past 2 and a half years. This is a class A condo, with great facilities, and friendly tenants. We will really miss Aura, and we wish you the best.

Second unit transfer within Aura and as usual Sharlene was amazing. Her staff are a pleasure and make everything so pleasant. The level of professionalism goes without saying.Could not be happier with our decision. We will be long time Aura Seaside tenants that’s for sure!Thanks Aura Seaside Team!

Do not move here! Not worth the ridiculous amount of money!!The "management" doesn't really manage anything with the complex. I had multiple issues regarding safety with other residents and the office did nothing and just said call the police. But they will hound you to take away your dangerous floor mat in front of your door! Anything that would cause them extra work, they wouldn't do. Had a neighbor that would blast music below me all day and night and the office did nothing.The only thing remotely nice about the complex is the pool and grills. But if you wanted to use them on the weekend, good luck!! Because other residents would have huge party's and their loud guests would take all the pool chairs and grilling space.Don't even think about walking on any of the grass!! There is dog poop everywhere because residents wouldn't pick up after themselves and of course the management didn't do anything! There were multiple times there was poop in the hallways and elevator.When we finally moved out, the money hungry management tried to charge us our entire security deposit for normal wear and tear off the floor. They will try to find anything to charge you when you move out. Good luck if you move here!
