This place is a JOKE! I've called MULTIPLE times to make an appointment! For DAYS! Where they SPECIFICALLY state in the voicemail: that they "care about your business.." Noone calls you back!! You CAN'T make an appointment! I showed up and IT'S CLOSED, when the owner SPECIFICALLY told my mom to just show up!?good thing there's other options rather than CHASING a business FOR THEIR BUSINESS..

I would have given less stars if possible. We made an appointment a week in advance and when I arrived at the designated time the office was closed and nobody would answer their phone. This company is irresponsible and unresponsive. I've made recommendations that My employer seek other providers for this service.

I'm taking the Florida real estate exam and they give you a list of 50 "live-scan" providers that they accept. I am glad I chose this establishment. Not only were they able to help me send me fingerprints to FLDE, they also helped me with two backgrounds checks. I believe Denise and Mr. Walton are who helped me. They were able to answer all my questions with a smile on their face. I could barely get any of the other live-scan providers on the phone. Ill do repeat business and send friends.

This location is the smoothest my fingerprinting has ever gone! Thank you Denise for being kind, helpful and COVID safe! I had a wonderfully easy experience and was out in fifteen minutes! I truly recommend this location to anyone needing any finger printing services.

Very nice couple that manage this office to get your background check, fingerprints in a speedy manner but with the utmost professionalism. Called to make an appointment and the owner even opened the door for me. Definitely will come back if I need them in the future.

Incredibly friendly staff and will get you in-and-out as fast as possible. Simple fingerprinting and drug analysis process but also very professional. Call ahead to reduce waiting time and bring paperwork if needed.
