“We love shopping at this location because of the large, spacious aisles and it's more organized than other Ross locations. They always have a decent selection of home decor and that's usually my first stop! We have even been lucky enough to find great sports gear (cleats, Mitchell & Ness basketball jerseys, etc) and even kitchen gadgets here. Plus they have great hours to shop.”
“Visited the store because of the reviews on line and boy was that a great decission. Virginia, who assisted me in my purchase, is very knowdgeable on the products carried. I explained my foot concerns and Virginia suggested three possilbe solutions and the reasons for suggesting them. All were comfortable but I went with a Hoka. I have a feeling I will be back soon for another pair for the gym. Ask for Virginia if you are fortunte enough to do to the store.”

There was a girl in particular who was especially helpful in my search for the perfect beach vibe accessories. I didn't catch her name but she had glasses, curly hair, and the best personality I've ever witnessed in a customer service environment. Thanks to whoever she is and to the store for bringing beach life to the city!!”

“Shea (the manager) at the lutz location did an absolute amazing job reshaping my hat and making sure it was 100% perfect for me. She took her time was patience very friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did she reshape mine but also assisted my brother In his first cowboy hat purchase and shaping. It was worth the drive and will be back again to purchase more hats from her! Job well done!”
“Great quality for an outlet. A+ customer service. Solid selection. Only removing one star because every time I have them order my size they always deliver the wrong one. Past 3 times it's happened, customer support has been able to fix the issue, but it's annoying having it happen so many times.”
“I was there on Saturday late morning and had the best experience! Renee and Dulce were in the dressing room helping ladies. They were attentive and let us know if we needed a different size, color, etc they would run out and grab it. And they did. They were friendly, kind, and helpful. By far the best customer service I have had in awhile. And as an added bonus they helped me and my friend find some cute clothing we may not have bought otherwise. “I have always loved this store. The only problem I have now is the styles that every store is selling that I don't want. The sloppy shoulders for example. I like fitted clothes that accent shoulders. The plus is that I still have some of the styles I like from prior purchases. They have worn well.”

“Very informative and helpful during my weighted vest purchase. They spent a good amount of time with me getting the fit right. The sales associate had great product knowledge. The vest and plates are pricey, but the quality is very good. With daily use, I don't know how long the cheap Amazon offerings would last.”

“Wowwwwwww! For an outlet it sure didn’t look like one. So clean, organized, great availability of everything! Clearance items like crazy and the prices were unreal!
I really thought when I was gonna go to the cash register that I would’ve spent like $300 but I ended up spending $128 on 15 items!!!
Sou the cashier was SUCH a sweetheart as was the manager! Some of the items that I’m posting are things that I bought… I don’t live in the area. It’s about an hour away from where I live in town and country and the outlet over here is not pretty so going to this one was such a blessing next time I’m in the area. I will be stopping there again.”
