Called in to make sure my medication is correct since it’s a different color, size and manufacture than the adderall I’ve been getting for 5 months now. The girl picked up the phone and before I could even say hello she said “I’m sick of yall” and hung up called back got no answer. Not sure how I’m supposed to trust a pharmacy that acts like that.

Usually have what I need when I need it. the staff is friendly and helpful. the pharmacy is hit and miss though.

This may be the WORST Walgreens on the planet. The manager has the IQ of a potato. The prices are ridiculously high simply because they are the only pharmacy in the area and if you are planning to use the store as a FedEx drop off/pick up spot, DON’T! The manager sends packages back if they aren’t picked up on the spot. I’ve spoken to FedEx and confirmed all packages are to be held for a minimum of 7 days. However the manager in this store sends things back less than 12 hours after receiving them. When asked why he did this, his response was a shoulder shrug and a “I dunno” before returning to a text on his phone and walking away.

They gave me a hard time about returning a pair of flip flops I had my receipt and all tags were attached. However, their computer couldn’t reconcile the receipt and tag barcode. It was not my problem but their computer. After much harangue, they finally caved and grudgingly credited my account. The whole incident was most unprofessional.

I called in my prescription at 9am. Every time I called, it took at least 10minutes to get through… +5 more minutes for me to get a real person on the line. It’s 4pm and heres a picture of me waiting in line so I can actually talk to a real person. It’s like a full time job to get them to refill a very basic prescription when it’s actually THEIR job. Go somewhere else. CVS has great customer service. This Walgreens pharmacy is disgraceful.

The women in the pick up window with the tattoos needs a different profession. She has a attitude problem. The people picking up prescriptions are most likely sick and don’t feel good and don’t need the added stress of her terrible attitude and remarks.

11 days to get a prescription filled is not acceptable. Not like I have not ordered it here before. It is a refill. Never has anything in stock anymore. Very and I mean very pore performance for a as you say pharmacy.Bring your prescription here and die before you get it.To reiterate 11 days and no refill. Now out.

This place is terrible. Wife waited all day for her prescription only to find out at 3pm that they never put the order in as there was an issue with her insurance card. She had called at noon and they told her it would be ready at 3pm. They had never put the order in at all. When asked why this had happened the lady on the phone got rude and said they don’t have time to notify people when there are those issues. Terrible customer service, avoid using them if possible. Absolute garbage of customer service.

This is the second time I used this business to get a vaccine and I followed the process to get an appointment. Well that is useless because people in front of me did not have an appointment and they took them first. My appointment was scheduled for 12pm and I'm still waiting and it's 12:30pm. Do not use this pharmacy. FYI the store manager was useless

The pharm techs are rude and the pharmacist is awful. On my way home from the pediatrician (20 minute drive), I stopped in and asked if they had the prescription ready or at least was working on it. The pharm tech rolled her eyes and said in condescending manner I needed to give them time because they just got it.Flash forward to today, an Rx wasn't covered by insurance (expected) but the email from Walgreens still said it'd be ready at 5. We get there at 6:30 and they said they were waiting on us to let them know that we still wanted it. Then when we said yes they said another 45 minutes. It's ear drops for swimmer's ear. It's literally putting a sticker on a box. We're transferring all prescriptions to Publix across the street. I suggest doing the same.
