My doctor gave me extra anxiety medication mid month because I’m having issues with panic attacks. So she called and added 15 pills at half the dosage so I could have a little extra in case certain situations at my job made me need to take an extra dose. The pharmacist and the pharmacy tech are arguing with me and telling me to just cut my original pills in half and it’s the same dose. They talked to me like an idiot, and didn’t listen at all, when I said these are extra pills in case I get into a panic, not because she’s cutting my original dose in half. It was the most unbelievable conversation I’ve ever had and they still didn’t understand what I was saying when the conversation was over.

Every month I have prescription issue, would not recommend at all
First month I watched the tech write down everything she needed all for it to not be in the system a few days later. The pharmacist had to jump through hoops to correct and leverage another pharmacy. Lapsed 3 days on my medication.
Following month - they’re out of stock, supposed to call me and they didn’t so I had to go back to the doctor to get re-cleared for my script. All to find out they were out of stock again, I made is crystal clear I absolutely needed it the next day as I was going out of town. Was it filled? No. Was it in stock and everyone was too lazy to call or fill? Yes
So now my day 1 of vacation is finding another Walgreens, transferring the script and hoping it’s in stock. We are over a week off of my medication. GREAT JOB TEAM

The most incompetent people work at this pharmacy. You call and wait 5 min. They will pick up and say to hold and quickly put you back on hold without you being able to get a word in. You’re waiting on the phone for another 5-8 minutes then it just rings. And NO Walgreens I did not call during your lunch hours.. anyone you speak with on the phones sounds like they hate their job. No sense of urgency and worst customer service. How they are still in business blows my mind. Do better.

Everybody that works in Walgreens pharmacy in Land o Lakes at Collier Commons, is unprofessional and rude. Including the pharmacist. Unbelievable considering they are messing with people's lives. You people at the pharmacy should be ashamed of yourselves.

Terrible customer service prescriptions are nearly always delayed, out of stock, gone from the system, or take many days to fill. Clerks at the drive-thru are always rude and, on more than one occasion, I have seen them taking care of personal business for a while before attending to me at the window. I wish our insurance didn't mandate Walgreens for pharmacy benefits.

Well never really had a problem.with this store other than they never have anything in stock. My 84 year old mother ordwred a package tbat got sent to this Walgreens, The manager he waa a black man named i believe Ernie..got really rude and somewhat aggressive to my 84 year old mother amd apoke to her like she was a moron.. I came calmly to the desk after my mother had ran out of the store shaking so bad, and I told him the situation and tried to explain sometimea she gets confused and he had the nerve to say he didnt have the paxlage and it aint hia job to deal with the problems my mother and I have. I am outraged..my poor mother was ceying and had an accident bwfore we arrived home..And when we got home indouble checked and yes onlin the package says that it is at that store! Avoid this store at all costs with this man having anything to do with management..bc who knows next timw it could be your mother or child.

I’m part of a PCP office and all this pharmacy seems to do is pick up and hang up so they don’t have to deal with calls. If it’s such an issue get a call team or assign a member or 2 to phones. Stop being cheap and take care of the people who make you money. Trash service. If I could give a no star that would be it

By far the worst pharmacy and pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. They don’t care about customers, they go there to collect a check. The Dr on duty the morning 04/08/2024 has no sense of customer support nor respect. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY.
