This is the happiest post office I have ever stepped foot in. The staff seems to have built friendships with regulars. The line when I walked in was long but they were kind and serviced everyone quickly.
I want to find an excuse to come here more often, which is weird to say.

Mailman put my mail on hold and returned to sender SAME DAY instead of keeping it on hold for 10 days as per policy. Very disappointing that procedures aren't being followed.

First of all, I want to thank Mike for helping me find my missing package. He fixed the situation and returned my call promptly. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I have been trying to find this package for 3 days! All I was getting were generic answers that my forwarding was active ( I just relocated ) . These packages were delivered to my previous, and I was blown off by 2 workers, a lady and a gentleman. I also was told that they had the package and I could pick it up . I drove all the way to Land O Lakes for nothing. I was told there was no package. On top of everything, I was lied to and wasted my time and gas because I don't live near Land O Lakes anymore. Beware when you send packages, and it has to go through here.

I CAME TO THIS LOCATION FOR THE 1ST TIME, YESTERDAY, AND WHILE I WAS PACKAGING MY BOX UP TO SEND, I PERSONALLY WITNESSED THIS EMPLOYEE, BEHIND THE COUNTER, SLIM- OLDER GUY, WHO CLEARLY HAD EXPERIENCE WITH HIS JOB, SPEAK TO 2 FEMALE CUSTOMERS IN A MANNER THAT WAS VERY CONDESCENDINGLY RUDE. I, AS WELL, GOT THE SAME TREATMENT ONCE I MADE IT TO THE COUNTER. 1 LADY SIMPLY ASKED FOR A RECEIPT FOR HER VERY IMPORTANT PACKAGE BEING SENT, WHICH HE ANSWERED ALL OF HER QUESTIONS BUT REFUSED TO HAND HER ANYTHING ?!? HE WOULD ONLY GIVE HER A "VERBAL"GUARANTEE THAT THEY WOULD GET THERE CORRECTLY. ANOTHER OLDER LADY WAS ASKING SIMPLE QUESTIONS ABOUT A FUTURE PACKAGE SHE WAS GOING TO SHIP. I WAS TOLD A PRICE AS I WAS PAYING, BUT I GUESS BECAUSE I DIDNT READ THE REGISTER SCREEN HE KEPT POINTING AT, HE ANGERLY RESPONDED WITH THE COST OF MY SUPPLIES ON TOP OF HIS PRICE, " WHICH I WOULD HAVE SEEN IF I LOOKED AT THE SCREEN" INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A CHANCECTO PRESS MY OWN BUTTONS ON THE PEN PAD, HE WAS MOVING ME RIGHT ALONG BY HURRINGLY PRESSING THEM FOR ME. THE WAY IN WHICH HE SPOKE TO ALL 3 OF US, WAS AS IF HE WAS SPEAKING TO THE SAME PERSON, ANSWERING THE SAME QUESTIONS, AND THAT WE WERE TAKING UP HIS TIME, AND TO GET US IN AND OUT OF THERE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE WERE INCONVIENT TO HIS WORK DAY. HE IS CLEARLY A WELL TENURED EMPLOYEE, BUT HE HAS LOST ALL OF THE ONE ON ONE, TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT AND PATIENCE,T A SMILE AND FRIENDLINESS COULDNT HURT, CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS A LONG TIME AGO. SHAME ON HIS MGMT FOR ALLOWING THIS, AND
ALLOWING HIM TO GET AWAY WITH THIS BEHAVIOR. HE RUNS HIS COUNTER AS IF HES DEALING WITH CATTLE, AND HAS NO TIME FOR ANYONE WITH QUESTIONS. ISNT THIS A SHIPPING COUNTER ? ARE PEOPLE GOING TO ASK QUESTIONS? ARE THEY ALLOWED TOO ? AND IF HE HAS TO REPEAT HIMSELF, I THOUGHT HIS HAIR WAS GOING TO START SMOKING ? CLERK #31( IF HE USED THE RIGHT #),

I BEG USPS TO SEND IN A PERSONAL SHOPPER WHEN HE IS AT THE COUNTER ?
WHILE I WAS LEAVING, THE LADY THAT WANTED A RECEIPT WAS SITTING IN HER TRUCK, IN DISBELIEF, SO I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO CONTACT USPS SITE ON BOTTOM OF MY RECEIPT, WHICH IVE DONE, AND NOW HERE IS A GOOGLE REVIEW TO WARN ANYONE HEADING UP THERE, WATCH OUT !! GET HIM OFF THAT COUNTER !!

I read another review mentioning this post office has a bare minimum work mentality and that really is the best way to describe it. There's a few decent workers but for the most part it's headache after headache with this location. If I could avoid it I would.

Literally the most "bare minimum do what I gotta do to get by" type of people work here. Literally just had someone here tell me the $150.00 I paid for a money back guarantee doesnt actually monterarily guarantee my package, so if it gets lost or to the incorrect location (which they have already messed up on previously) that they will NOT refund the money gauranteed. My suggestion is avoid this place like the plague unless you want to risk the bad experience. Good experiences here are the exception, not the rule.

Can't ever talk to a person tracking number, not valves received a final notice on first attempt of delivery. Total unless to call them

The staff were very helpful, efficient, and polite. I always choose this post office over the Lutz post office because there's more space, a self-service kiosk, and friendlier staff.

Alan at the Land O Lakes Blvd location is the best postal worker I have ever encountered. He is fast and efficient. I do not dread going to the post office because I know this location has several great team members just like Alan. Mailing 25 packages today was a breeze! Even during the holiday lunch rush.

I recently had to renew passports at this location and was helped by April. She was so patient and kind with me and very accommodating with my sons who are on the Autism Spectrum. So grateful to have engaged with her.

I just spent twenty minutes on the phone and I couldn’t actually speak to a representative. I have mail delivered to the wrong address but none of the auto prompts cover that. It just keeps asking me for a tracking number when I ask to speak with representative. I get that it cuts expenses to have an auto prompt system but at least have an option to speak with a rep. Even insurance companies are better than this.
