I always go to this specific location for any shipping needs and each one who works there is very pleasant and efficient. However, today I picked up a rather large and heavy package. Brandon offered to carry the box out to my car parked around the corner. That's what I call going above and beyond. Thank you, Brandon.

This ups is always the worst lol, they dont take "big packages" not very helpful
Only reason it has 2 instead of 1 is because they at least have some supplies i buy and they tell you immediately they wont take your packages so you dont waste too much time
Btw go to sunlake ups for your bigger packages they will take them

This is the closest store to our house so it’s my main return location for Amazon. Every return I have there’s always an issue and either have to go home to repack the item or print a label. The associates at the counter are always so rude about it too, I’m sure I’m not the only one who deals with this

Kiera was very helpful. I was struggling to return an Amazon gift from Christmas and she went above and beyond. She called Amazon’s customer service and walked me through it. Everyone else is kind there as well. This was very stressful for me but ended up being smooth in the end. Thank you for all your help!

2 of my packages never made it to their destinations about 2 years ago. No one returned my calls to refund me or give me any information, they closed down for several months then reopened under God knows what new name. Would never walk in there again.
