I have been using Hughes for several years. They come every three months and spray outside around the house. It has been working out great. The technition always notifies us when he is here and ask if we have had any problems since the last visit. Always professional.

Beware this company is a rip off. They bought a company I used for years( tropicare pest) control. Have had Hughes for awhile now and they have killed my whole half acres of yard. Brown patch fungus. I used to have the nicest lawn in the area. Called and asked for manager and they said she would call me back.... Never did. Then the rep said that they would come out every week til it was fixed,,, didn't happen!!!

Horrible service. I own a daycare facility and have asked for them to stop sending this man who makes inappropriate comments around the female workers and children 3 times and they still continue sending him. I’m ending my contract with them today. If you’re a woman please do not use this company because they will send a creepy man who makes inappropriate comments and makes you feel. The company will not listen to your concerns and will continue taking your money and sending this creep out. I would not want this man alone with me in my house, business or event 10 ft near me

They bought the company I had used for 20 years and so far so good . Good service for what I had and they can offer me more services like a needed exclusion barrier.

A really nice guy from this company came, I did not get a phone call or notice to let me know that they were coming this morning, nor did they let me know that I would not get the same service man I trust .15 mins and 99.00 , sure hope it was quality service like Apex. I'm not happy seems this company could had done better to introduce themselves, I don't know this company from Adam. I called several times but line is continued busy

Excellent company to do business with. We left for a bit for a business offering a "deal" and we ended up back with Tropicare. Their service is superior and their people are top notch. Shaun takes care of our lawn and is a WEALTH of knowledge. He takes time to explain things to us and coach us on how to take care of our lawn. He's friendly and looks out for his customers and their property's well being. Toby takes care of our home pest control and is equally as knowledgeable in his specialty. He, too, takes time to chat with customers and educate you on ways to avoid pests in the home. Neither make it seem like they are in a rush to get to the next house.Back in the office, Bobbi is so friendly every time I call to schedule my payments or ask a question. I highly recommend you try this business!
