Lisa and her team helped me through the process of selling my mother’s home. She was very aware of the situation, understood what the family was going through, and showed compassion through the whole process. She and her team were very responsive to all emails and answered all questions that we had. Every offer that was received was sent to us in a timely manner for us to review along with a detailed list. We went over the offers together and we found the perfect buyer for our family home. Kristine Lopez has been an amazing realtor. During COVID, she helped us buy our primary home remotely. Her advice helped us make the right decision. It was especially crucial as we were unable to travel to see the home and neighborhood
As a follow on, she helped us assemble an investment portfolio of single family homes. (Part of a 1031 exchange) Again, helped us buy the right homes that generate income and have potential to appreciate. And also helps us keep them fully rented

Lisa and her team were wonderful, including the various craftsmen at her fingertips, to help ready our home for listing. Lisa listed our home and within 2 days she had an open house.
