I had the best experience with the entire process of working with the associates at Signarama. I am the type of person who does their research before ever hiring a company. I call at least 5 companies before making a decision on who to go with. My rating is based on the following criteria: 1. I call the companies and if they do not answer the first time I call, I do not do business with them. In my experience, if they do not have an administrative person answering their calls, then they are to busy to have the time of day to provide the best customer service. 2. Customer service must be excellent. If I do not have a good experience setting up the job, then they are not going to provide good customer service after they get their money. Signarama is not in the business of just making money and then throwing the customer to the curb. You can tell by their polite, personable and positive manners on the phone and in person that they are in the business of building customer relationships for life. I know that if I had a problem in the future with my sign, they would solve the problem. 3. Having product knowledge and knowing what sets them apart from other companies is important. A good company knows their competition and knows what sets them apart from their competitors. It was this knowledge that they shared with me that along with the other factors I mentioned previously that quickly made me realize that this was a superior company and led me to making the decision to do business with them. 4. Competitive pricing is important. Signarama has competitive pricing. I will definitely be using Signarama in the future for all of my signs I need for Autumn's Bed & Biscuit Pet Sitting Services.
