So I went to Ross for my occasional after payday shopping to relieve some stress and as me and my boyfriend are looking around I see this associate with short reddish hair staring at me whispering to another associate to keep an eye on us and were following us around watching us because she thought we were stealing. If I was stealing do you really think I would come to Ross lady? You don’t get paid enough to stalk people and make them feel uncomfortable ?good thing she didn’t come up to me and accuse me because there definitely would have been a lawsuit:) This behavior is extremely uncalled for and I gave them no reason to believe I was stealing at all I was just minding my business as she should’ve been doing too. Do betterrr?

The store is okay. Lots of empty shelves. They are not restocking it for some reason.

I tried 3 times to return a shirt. The first 2 times I was given a different reson and asked to come back. The 3rd time I was just told no. This was really frustrating. Over all ross is a great store just be careful you are happy with the product before you buy there return policy is vary strict.

Pretty irritating that they make you check yourself out and then you have to stop so they can check your bags and receipt. Defeats the purpose of self checkout.

Store is average, never find a good outfit for xl unless you like to dress like a child the kids area is ok , mix of youthful women dress with older women styles, can find good stuff just take your time, shootings have happened in the parking lot before and shoplifting in the plaza so be aware.
