This was my first time ever visiting this salon and I was not disappointed. I had Michelle who was absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted, even mixed colors to get my ideal result, and was extremely patient with me when doing the design. I highly recommend this spot and Michelle!

Beautiful new facility. Michelle and Cynthia were wonderful. They did a fantastic job on our manicures and pedicures, and they made sure that my mom, who has dementia, had a great experience. Thanks so much! Will definitely return!

Go somewhere else and save your money. Brand new place, but they're going to nickel and dime you because of it. $28 for a normal non-gel pedicure. I get to the counter to pay and it's $35...I ask why it isn't $28 per the booklet. They said to remove gel polish its $7 extra, but if you got gel again it would have been free. Where's the logic?

Well...I wish my toes were painted better than this...I could of done a better job at home. Makes me bummed because that's a pretty big mistake!! Not to mention, the pedicure was rushed and she was rough. I won't return for these reasons. Makes me frustrated I spent money on this pedicure!!! I would not let someone leave a salon like this if I owned it, and my standards are VERY forgiving, Buyer beware!!

The new salon is beautiful and was impressed when I first walked in. However, my pedicure was quite painful and two weeks later two of my toes are still hurting if I wear closed toe shoes. My nail technician was Tracy who was very rough. I will not return.

I liked it. This is first Nail Spa I've tried living in the Lutz area. I went on Sunday. No wait. I got tips as well as the powdered formula. Also known as "dip" on my nails. I will go back again. Not too expensive.

My favorite nail spot in the Tampa area!

I've searched the entire Tampa market for a nail salon that actually knows how to do nails! I know if you're reading this, you have to! Do yourself a favor and book with Linda and you're welcome.

My besties and I decided to celebrate my birthday by getting a pedicure then go getting foot reflexology. We chose Poshe Nails because it is close to me and close to the reflexology location. I know there are a lot of other good nail places near me and I wish we would've chose some place else. We made an appointment for 3 of us at 4:00pm. Out of the three techs, my nail tech was the rudest. I did not get his name (unfortunately), but he was a younger man with a chip on his shoulder. My friend asked if they had any wine, which they indicated they did not and then the younger tech spoke under his breathe to the other girl, all we could hear was "wine" in English and they started laughing and then it just continued from there. He rushed through my pedicure, probably because I only wanted the "basic" and I could tell he didn't like that. He finished my polish, got up and went and sat down in another chair looking at his phone. We were all surprised because we all started at the same time and I was done about 15 minutes before the others. The entire time he was conversing with the other tech and laughing. Not cool. There is too much competition in this area to have no people skills. He definitely did not like his job and it showed.

Super bummed out about today's visit. I feel like I got ripped off on a service that did not turn out good at all. Today I got a full set which is normally about $25 from what I'm use to .. but I paid a little more today because of the shape. I'm not one to complain so yes I walked out with my nails looking NOT GOOD. ( pictures below) the sides of all my nails look like they were horribly painted. My nails total was $40...... like 40 for what? I've had too many bad experiences here. I refuse to come back. The last time I came here I got a manicure ( paid full price) and the girl didn't even clean my nails up... she just lightly filed them and painted them. Never again

I will never return to this salon and would give 0 stars if I could. My nail tech was not engaging in any way and kept conversing with his co-worker in another language. Even though, I expressed my concern, he seemed very disinterested that he was causing me pain. I am not sure that he is trained or even licensed and will file a formal complaint with the health department. He owner did NOTHING about my concern! I can't believe I paid for this..... Please do not go to this salon.....

I usually do my nails @ Poshe Nails and I like Dana She is the best. Today, I was so disappointed. I had Chris as nail tech, he is so rude and as he was rushing to finish with me he told me to stop my massage chair because he can't paint my nails (of course he finished in less than 15 minutes). Then, when he was doing my nails, he didn't put my hands in water, he didn't cut my cuticle, he rushed and rudely pulled my hands tower to him so he can work comfortable. I was hoping to have a pleasant and relaxing experience, but unfortunately it wasn't. Land' O Lakes Neighbor

I haven't been here to get my nails done but I work in the same plaza. The people who work here always park in-front of other businesses who already have limited parking. More times than not, they're double parked and take up almost two spots. Some customers even come in and complain. The Lexus and the ford Nissan sedan need to learn how to park. They are ALWAYS over the line.

Today is my last day EVER going here. I will miss Cindy who has been there forever. Other than that I'm done. I wasted my time and money today. Henry was coughing, sniffling, and kept touching his mask throughout my pedicure. As a healthcare professional this irks me. A person shouldn't be at work if they respiratory symptoms. Pedicures are a time for people to relax and not be worried about the person who is doing their nails. However, he did an extremely sloppy job on my manicure. I have been getting my nails done long enough to know when something is not up to par. I told him my nails looked messy and if he could please fix that. Clearly, he didn't appreciate that and proceeded to yell probably profane things in another language. He crossed his arms, and stormed off. I am the client and deserve respect. The owner of this nail salon acted nonchalant about everything. I am appalled that a place would allow that behavior by their workers.
