Called three times to save a cat named Carmella. No call back. Emailed the rescue director no response. They are putting down this cat on the 6th of June. Seems as if they want to put this cat to sleep. I would gladly adopt this cat.

We have stray cats In Our neighborhood and the have the T.V.R (trap vaccinate and release) program so we trap the stray females in our neighborhood and take them to the animal center to be fixed to help control the cat population. Females will produce many litters and the cycle continues anyway back to the point. They have a decent price for this program. The staff are super awesome and the vet that does the surgeries is amazing. Never met the vet but the work is great. The only bad thing about the program is there scheduling is so far out. I still give it 5 stars because the scheduling thing is not enough to take a star away. Help control the cat population and spay the cats

Went to see dog #A022443. Her name is Zora. The pic does not show how really BEAUTIFUL she is. There was confusion in her status, being spayed, and I got to see her right after the spay. She is a tall dog and she had anesthesia from spay when they bought her out. She is too big for me. But please adopt her . A beautiful dog. They need to update. She was available on 19th got spayed and I wished I could've taken her. Thanks! So far as I know she is still for adoption.

Totally useless! My dogs never had fleas. A week ago I see a stray cat around my backyard shed. Fleas? Now my dogs discover a tiny, malnutritioned kitten. Seems mom and kitten living under shed. Called Animal Services.Tell me they're free roaming and there is nothing they can do. I asked for guidance on what I could do......Nothing. So I either feed them, especially the kitten so it won't starve to death or just leave it and let it starve to death. And now try to eliminate the fleas. Anyone know who I can contact for legitimate help, obviously my tax dollars won't help.

These people are not human. And are so bipolar they need to be drug tested . .. but let's face it Pasco county has a wonderful habit of turning a blind eye . Update was jailed with four arrest warrants for proof of vaccination which I had . Because there were four warrants even though my bond was a total of 612. No bondsman with touch it with out 1, 015.00. I now have almost $18,000 in fines. They picked me up in my pajamas would not even let me water my dogs I couldn't get ahold of anyone my dog sat in the Florida heat for almost 4 days because after I finally got Bond I had to walk home from Land o lakes to Zephyrhills Pasco county officials are absolutely scum . Thank God I'm finally movingMost of my animals had to be put down after this.

Adopted our dog Messi there love this place even though it’s emotionally overwhelming only downside is would say is some staff will definitely pressure you to the extreme to leve with an animal. & it almost seems like they get upset when you don’t choose the animals they recommend. I can’t really call it a complaint tho as I can completely understand why they do it. I could only imagine having to work with so many animals that seamlessly get walked past by others it’s unfortunate.

I appreciate that there is a place where people can take unfortunate animals in unfortunate circumstances, but this review is about the adoption side of the facility. We recently adopted a cat which we knowingly adopted with "special needs". This term was used to disclose to us that the cat was not in perfect health. The facility showed us the medical evaluations/history they had for the cat. It mentioned an upper respiratory infection (the meds for which the cat was already off), an eye issue, and some minor hair loss. We got the cat home and discovered it has worms as well. This wasn't noted on the medical forms. It isn't a huge deal, it's just slightly frustrating that something so easily diagnosed was either not caught and treated if not at the very least had treatment started, or intentionally undisclosed. He is an awesome cat and we are super happy with him. Just want to let people know that there may be some surprises in the adoption process.

I would like to commend one of your officers. JP Verjel Badge#420 was helping us today with a sad situation and he went WELL above and beyond the call of duty. He was professional but definitely with a heart. Human. Understanding of the situation. The way he spoke to and treated the animals was a comfort to me. I appreciate his compassion and attention to detail, getting the information we needed. Thank you, Sir. Excellent job.
