I had no problem with the work done but the “manager “ was very rude and disrespectful. I am mechanic but have been dealing with server vertigo for the past several months and could not not performed to work myself due to the fact. The only reason I went back was because the previous manager was very respectful, and that was the reason I went and the work was good, but due to the recent interaction, I will not ever go back. Saying my car is garbage (which is American made ) and saying, I didn’t know what I was talking about when I clearly told him what was wrong with it and when they looked at it come to find out it’s exactly what I told him what to replace that what was wrong with the car. I will never go back there again.

We have used this shop for years but today they convinced us never to come back or recommend them again. Our friend had trouble with a backup sensor and stripped bolt on the transmission. Another shop tried to swindle them into a new transmission! We knew the bolt could be fixed with a $10 part and some labor. We were willing to spend $300 for the job, which is very fair. They charged $650! The kicker is after it was done, they tried to get our friend to pay $650 more for an ABS sensor and claimed that it wouldn't drive over 3 mph! They said the car is not drivable but when it went into the shop it was fine. We go there and the story changes. It is drivable, just not with the ABS brakes working. Duh! Every one is out to get you these days and relationships mean nothing. .

This Auto Care center is extremely honest, trustworthy and dependable. The staff is always nice, and Patti and Hector are a pleasure to work with.

I have been using Merediths for years. I will never trust anyone else. Lee and his crew are just amazing!!!! Always helpful, professional and trust worthy. Their pricing is always very reasonable and they have never steered me wrong. Highly, highly recommended.....ill never go anywhere else!!!!! Customer for life!!!!!

Meredith tire and auto has been the best mechanic shop in Pasco County for years. I take all of my vehicles there. When purchasing tires they make sure that each tire I perfect, if the tire isn’t perfect they will send it back at no cost to me and get a perfect tire. Their balancing knowledge is second to none. All of their mechanics are knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Happy about having Meredith close by. I always lean toward smaller non-corporate shops as they take a lot more pride in their work. Currently have a card in the shop and the estimate came back a bit high so I called to get a breakdown. It made sense it was explained and there was no car jargon to make nothing sound like something.
The work gets done quickly, and the staff is friendly and personable. My biggest lesson learned is that I should have trained to be a car mechanic as they will always be in need and always have an in-demand skill set lol.

I've been going to Meredith for more than a decade. We own a landscaping company with multiple trucks and trailers they service them all including my personal vehicles. I've never a problem with the service provided or the price. Lee and his staff are courteous, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I was in a jam with my car sunroof that will not close and with the threat of rain needed this fix right of way made a bunch of calls no mechanic was able to take me in so a just drop by meredith tire and they got it fix in a haft hour good job will use then anytime

First I’m so glad Meredith tire is close , what a great shop from the front desk to all of the mechanics. They are extremely professional and honest when explaining what is needed . They are timely and prompt with getting the work done and reaching out. Lastly and probably most important the work they’ve done was always done correctly and their prices are very reasonable. Great shop! Thank you!
