My mother had left her wallet with her ID and debit cards in a box I had sent out with stuff and if it wasn’t for these staff that went above and beyond to get the box off the truck just so we can recover our mothers wallet I can’t thank them enough they are by far the most helpful ppl here and they have great customer service thank you guys for your hard work and dedication.”

“Went in to drop off an Amazon return, two small boxes same item under one return slip. I was told can’t ship it this way as the items are “separated”. I asked could I just tape the two boxes together and call it good? Answer Yes that would work so I pointed to rolls of packing tape the store regularly used and asked if I could use their tape to put around the boxes. No our tape is not strong enough but you can buy a box from us? I said What? Are you just trying to get me to buy something from you? No reply. I shook my head and said this is wrong. The man STEVE who works there is a complete jerk and on top of it incompetent takes forever to do a transaction very pokey.
Returned with boxes taped up and they took the Amazon return. Shut the front door!!
If you can go somewhere else with your business please do. I’m avoiding this store and will Not give them any more business.

It seems this store has new owners and new employees who are very efficient, very quick and get the job done no questions asked no bellyaching. The young guys working there are awesome and make it so easy to make Amazon returns. Highly recommend them now!!”
“I had such a top-notch experience at the UPS store in the Hays Town Center! In a post-Covid culture where customer service is too often lacking and callous, all 3 employees I spoke to were abundantly kind! I had several returns today from a recent wedding and move and they helped alleviate the stress of it and my mess of it with their willingness to assist me with efficiency and grace! Carla took the time and energy to creatively help me figure out how to rebox a vacuum with a ton of pieces (it was like a puzzle). Christian allowed me to use a phone charger when my phone died. And Chris (I think he is the manager) saw me struggling with a large box and helped me carry it in the door without being asked. This review may seem a little over the top, but seriously all 3 people were reminders that there is good in the world, thank God! ? May He bless them as they blessed me today!”
“Needed a package shipped out from Tampa to Vadosta.... I wasn't sure how everything would work, due to how late it was in the even to get there by the next day...However the owner Jamie made sure all questions were answered, even down to helping down to picking the right box to have my gift shipped. My give was tracked and was able to arrive earlier than expected. Thank for all your help and support. Will highly recommend this store for anyone shipping needs.”

“I come to this UPS Store since is close to my home. I mostly send packages to Amazon and other places and the shipping is free. It is all very convenient and fast. The guy behind the counter today was from India and was very pleasant. I've always had a nice experience there.”
“This UPS location is an absolute pleasure to do business with. In particular, Amy is always incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
My girlfriend owns a small business and often arrives to UPS near the end of the business day. Never once has Amy or any other UPS team member made her feel rushed or uncomfortable for being late. Regardless of how busy they are (and I’ve been there on many occasions with lines out of the door), Amy remains attentive to everyone, and her positivity almost has a contagious effect on the often impatient customers.

I was told there were a problem with box keys there being made my response was not a problem. Spoke with the owner of this store . Told him what I just said here. I'm retired Walgreens Mgr. . This very kind man - I think his name was Michael opened the door and let me in and processed my package even though they did not open for another 20 minutes. Thank you.”
