Took my son’s suit jackets in for cleaning, and when I picked them up they still had an odor under armpits. Apparently the owner says dry cleaners can’t always get out odor, which was surprising to hear since Lapel Cleaners on Bruce B Downs always cleaned his jackets just fine. So I asked for a refund and the owner became irate and very rude. He did offer me a partial refund. Not sure why he haggles over just a few bucks and gets so upset. Doesn’t seem like good business practices. Won’t be back, obviously, since their machines don’t actually clean anything!! Lapel Cleaners on Bruce B Downs is a bit of a drive, but that’s where I’ll continue to go!

Beware.. this cleaners ruined my white suit coat .. it came back grey.. the owner said he was out of town and would fix it .. came back three times discolored and now the fabric and buttons are damaged … owner told me he would not reimburse and after protesting he said to bring in proof of purchase .. even after seeing the cost said he could only give me 25.00 for a 300 dollar jacket … I said that i didn’t expect 300 but certainly more than 25.. if your clothes are worth more than 10.00 don’t use this cleanersServices: Laundry wash & fold
