Great atmosphere and members. Much better than your traditional big box gyms. Everyone seems to look out for each other. The owner is world class and goes above and beyond.

Great place. Obviously owned by someone who loves training and loves people. The gym itself displays the same qualities. Great, efficient selection of equipment given the small size. Never busy, but not some oddly empty ghost town either. Highly recommend.

Jessie is such a wonderful human. I love how he is family oriented. This gym is always clean. I see him work hard alongside his co workers to make sure this is a clean and safe environment. ❤️I love it here! So many amenities. Highly recommend.

Nice to have a place that cares about kids fitness and health. If kids being productive with their time is an inconvenience, there are gyms popping up everywhere take your pick. I have 2 kids that beast mode it ? Thank you for giving them a place to learn side by side with their parents

Nice gym. Equipment can use some maintenence. Main reason for the 1 star is there are a lot of regulars in the gym brings there kids around can't be more than 10 years old and they get In The way of people trying to actually work out. Also those same regulars don't like that there are new people joining the gym so they will mean mug you while trying to get some sets in. Same people that will hog 3 differant machines and a bench. I will keep membership to the end of the month but will be canceling. Really a shame.

Land O Lake Family Fitness is an excellent neighborhood gym managed by a retired Law Enforcement Officer. Many of the clients are active or retired Law Enforcement Officers. It is a safe place for your family to train. Absent is the meat market feel of chain store gyms.

It’s like having your own gym. Great place to workout. Jesse always has the gym clean and spotless so if you’re worried about going back to the gym after this pandemic, this is the place you want to go to. Great job guys
