I’m not sure why I stayed after Dr Cordero left. This place sucks! It’s all one big money grab. They want that office visit and copay! I’ve been less than impressed with their care for years but haven’t bothered to fix it. Today was the last straw.. They refuse to fill any medications unless I come in. Including my blood pressure meds. Like my blood pressure went down. I haven’t been in the office for 18 months. Give me a break. No wonder there’s one of these crappy branches on every corner.. they are making money hand over fist.

I became established with Kelly Parker, the PA-C that works in Suite 102. She was AWESOME and I have never had a provider that was more caring or took so much time to talk with me. She was super helpful in walking me through next steps, an additional test I needed, and listening to my concerns. The front desk team was super nice, and I was seen very quickly after arriving. Overall, a really positive experience!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They don't care about patients only their office policy. I will take responsibility for my mistakes but I have never been to a doctors office that is so rude, uncaring, and inflexible. I had to waste my time and not be seen one day because I didn't have my physical card. They wouldn't take a picture of my card, an email of my card from my insurance website, nothing. They were just like, I'm sorry. I have always been able to make it work digitally everywhere I have been accept this office. And if your going to have such strict policies it might be nice to let the patient know when they make the appointment. Then I reschedule. I have care trouble and they are like, sorry policy. Meanwhile, my doctor wasn't even there on time because she was running over 30 minutes late. It's interesting that she can be more than 30 minutes late but if I am more than 15 minutes late, I can't be seen. I am literally about to cry with all this policy bullcrap. The front desk lady is a uncaring and unhelpful lady. Not surprised the doctor I see, who is fantastic, is leaving and honestly I see why. DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE.

I requested my PCP staff to send my prescriptions correctly to a new pharmacy three times.Needless to say not all prescriptions were sent especially the most important script for Metformin. This is totally unacceptable that the office staff are incapable to do a simple task.

I was going to this location to see Dr. Alicia Fierro, who I was very pleased with. Each time I was sent for blood work the office staff seemed to send the order to the wrong location or not send it at all. I was even told by office staff they were trying to get me to come to the lab in their building. I use Labcorp, which is 1 block from my buisness. I refuse to drive an hour each way to have blood drawn, and the office refused to send the lab order each time until I called from Labcorp. Dr. Fierro was great, her nurse was always happy and cheerful, and this review is strictly for the office staff. At the end of last year my insurance provider changed and Dr. Fierro was no longer an option. I had an appointment for 1-3-24 which I called and cancled but could not reschedule yet until I got my insurrance coverage changed back so I could continue to see her. Well the office sent me a bill last month for "No Show", and now I just paid another one this month for the same thing. This office staff has all the intelligence of a football bat. My insurance has now been switched back to list Dr Fierro, however I will not be returning. I have better luck of getting the right order at the McDonalds drivethrough than getting any intelligent communication with that office.

This place is just the worst. I will be finding a new doctor and office. Each time I come here, my appts are pushed out because they are behind... at 7am! The staff is rude, rude, rude and then start speaking in Spanish amongst themselves (oohh, the things that they said). When I did ask to speak with a staff manager or office manager, I was told they did not have one. Stay away from this place.

Worst service ever!. This is for 204 staff. In short, first my appointment was pushed 45min from the original one. Second, although they told me to bring my insurance ID card when showing up, I did all what it takes to get it sent to my email address as I do not carry a physical one, but no...they wanted the physical one...!!!. I requested to please provide me with an email address where to forward the ID cards I had just received so they can kindly print but said, sorry we need to reschedule. I wasted my time due to a poor service. Unbelievable that now a days they want a physical card or that they cannot import that info from the system. I was a new client to that location but an existing one to FMC. I will ask to be transferred to a new location, don't care if I need to drive more....!!!!

Worst ever front office experience. No one ever answers the phone!! The hold message keeps going on forever telling your number in queue is 1 and then it just goes silent. And they don’t return calls or call back when you leave details on their online booking site. Wish I could give ZERO!!

Worst Dr experience in my life you are nothing but a number to them the office staff are some of the Rudest people I ever met and will lie to your face, when needing my prescription refilled they want me to come in every time to get that co pay. Stay away from this place if not you will regret it..

Terrible staff. Worst I've ever seen, and I'm a Healthcare professional myself. I will say --> My doctor is AMAZING, but unfortunately every other staff member, EVEN down to the second party answering service, is neglectful and are literally going to get someone killed. I am not saying that lightly. I mean it. They've pretty much made me feel like they are going to end up getting me killed. The staff takes nothing seriously. They have taken a co-pay from me everyone I've been there, and have the audacity to try to charge me every copay again at my last visit as if I've never paid it. TRULY TERRIBLE My pharmacy and I have been trying to get my life saving daily medication filled since Monday. I called giving a multiple day notice of needing my refill, even though they should be on top of this with my condition... PER their instructions I am NEVER supposed to miss a dose of this medication, but now can't get it because of them. A grievance is being filed with my insurance company. And possibly a law suit if my condition comes back 'and is now resistant to the life saving meds. I've called 5 times during business hours each time with a 40 minute hold only to be hung up on. I'm a Healthcare professional myself and the company I work for, let's just say this neglectfulness would never be tolerated with lives on the line. I called Friday during lunch for help with emergency. I had shortness of breath and instead of the on call doctor calling to address my emergency I got a return call from a phone operator stating that the on call doctor said shortness of breath is not a medical emergency ? They are going to find themselves a lawsuit. Would I ever recommend Florida Medical.... absolutely not. Not unless you want to end up in the morgue.

Neglecting to follow up with patient, wrong lab work given to the lab twice which made me give blood three times extending an answers on blood work, rude front desk workers other than Denise, provided two medications to take on same day which are not to be taken together, taking days to fax over any orders (had to ask for timestamps), over 10 follow up calls I made and on the last one I was verbally upset at the front desk team that was being rude which caused me to be dropped by Naresh Menezus. The patient portal is ignored by the doctors which I still have no response for over two weeks. The Nurse practitioner was only trying to get me on anxiety medicine while not having anxiety my entire life up to this pint. Everything else did not matter to them and they do not treat you as if your family. Look at all the reviews, the front desk team is terrible with lack of care for any of the patients.Legal action is being taken

Love Dr Fierro, Rheumatologist! She is the best! She treats you like family. I've also seen Lisa the nurse practitioner who is equally wonderful. Everyone in her office is great, smiling, friendly and very helpful. There's nothing better than a well organized drs office! I've seen so many rheumatoid doctors over the years, Dr Fierro is a definite 10! If you have RA, OA, Lupus, etc., you must see her!!
