Very nice people morning. Makes it feel like your at a small town store where everyone knows you there. I went originally to rent a u-haul . I ordered online. I received a text that morning saying that they may not be there when I arrive for the truck, but that it is ready for me on pump 11. When I arrive at 8:50 am for my 9am truck. The gentleman was in fact there. He apologized for being late and offered to comp. my Redbull (I denied). When I dropped the truck off later that same day, a different gentleman greeted me and handled the return. After I got back to my car I decided to fill my water bottle but they didn’t have a water fountain. So he told me to grab a water from the fridge for free (I accepted). Wonderful experience from such an unexpected place!

This convenient store was immaculate and very well organized. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely nice and welcoming as I entered the store, his name is Jerry. I ended up using the bathroom while I was there and it was spotless. I will be a regular at this convenient store.

I recently rented a 15-foot truck with an auto transport at this location and had a fantastic experience. George, who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient in answering all of my questions and ensured I understood everything before I departed. George's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free.

I stopped to fill up my tires, one of which unbeknownst to me had a nail. The owner, George, came out and helped me find the nail, removed it, patched my tire, and even gave me a number of emergency tools for road safety, all for free. I am extremely grateful for George and will be going back to this BP to support him. Thank you George!

I dropped off UHaul rental equipment at this location and the staff were very helpful and kind. I would definitely go back to this location to rent a UHaul or just to get gas. Great service 10/10 !

This BP/Uhaul Land Olakes owner/manager has taken the art of customer service to next level, performing on par with a visiting/touring executive brand marketer/manager -- far exceeding that of a "Point of Sale" exchange clerk.
But it's no coincidence - as I found out he was a prior mega-retail General Manager... now it makes sense.
This BP/Uhaul Owner has committed himself to the community, contributing to not only charitable organization, but providing to the everyday Floridian with a heart of servanthood.
