“Went in for a new battery and my ford escapes battery is tucked in pretty deep. Thought it was going to be a hassle but Eric at the store was super nice and helped a bunch and even one of the regular customers Mike helped a ton with putting the battery in. Very nice and helpful store. Great guys!”
“I brought my car in for an upgraded touch screen radio and climate control. The climate control unit had an issue so I brought it back. Unfortunately, the installation tech was out sick. So, the owner, Joe, told me to bring my car in and he fixed it himself.I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to make an upgrade to their sound systems or rims based on that experience. “Unlike another location I went to to purchase new wipers for my car, an associate (Dave) was kind enough to actually help install my new wipers and had anyone else been bothered enough at the Trinity location on 54, they could have told me I had the wrong style rear wiper. Thankfully the location on Land O Lakes Blvd. is now much closer to where I live and I will be frequenting this location from now on.
