Open for 6 hours a day! Really!! There was 8 customers in line with 2 tellers. They always seem understaffed. It’s been this way for years! I have business and personal accounts, plus stocks. I’m pulling all my accounts and switching to a bank that knows something about customer service!

If I could I would leave 0 stars, I been a customer of BOF for decades. Business and personal. I never ever been to a worse customer service branch.Just awful..No consideration for anyone time.
