“I’ve lived here for 3 years now (almost 4) and I can say the experience has been exceptional under new management. With a new maintenance team, a new agreement with 813 towing (preventing guest & resins vehicles from being towed every night if parking is full) and new leasing management I will not be signing anywhere else unless I choose to move out of the state. From being here the first year it was open, the community areas (gym, clubhouse) are still well kept and flawless and it reminds me of the first week I was here. Winsome Lindsay ( new community manager) will always work with residents who want to be apart of the community and generally enjoy living here. 5 stars ⭐️”
