I was a member for about a 1.5 years. My contract/membership was for $119.99 a month, plus the cost of my lashes and tips. They do two pulls of 59.99 and $60 each month totaling the $119.99 . In October, I got hit with an extra charge of $60 bringing to what they took from my account to be $179.99 (NON-AUTHORIZED) The new Manager from Chicago is HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE, she lacks customer service/care/follow through. I tried calling "many" times and left "many" messages for her regarding the overcharge. I even went to the location and was told "She was to busy to talk to me". Not that she'd have to call me later or she'd look into it and get back with me. But just to busy! I called the location many more times, requesting the Owner to call me back re: the extra charge on my account. Needless to say, that never happened either. Wow, now I see why companies are failing, it's not the employees, but the Ownership/management. Hence the turnover at her locations!
So now, after over 2 weeks, well over 15 calls and visits, I FINALLY get a call from the new Manager from Chicago. Let's just put it this way. No hey, I'm so sorry we made a mistake, but only excuses. She said they finally figured out why I had been miss-charged the extra $60. I asked to her to have the Owner please call me... She stated I'll have her call you in the morning when she gets in.
So we all can tell where this is going... Yes, NO CALL... It's now after 3pm, so I called and canceled my contract/membership with the NOT SO AMAZING LASH STUDIO! So sad that this is how it all ends and how they treat their customers.
REFUND MY $60!

I never give bad reviews but this place! A natural disaster going on with customers who have no power no gas, vehicles parked away from home and still charging customers $75 for missing unconfirmed appointments! It’s disgusting. Obviously only selfishly caring about money and not their community.
It’s her mother that posted this review and your response is disgraceful. My daughter lives in south Tampa and drove to bexley and to your shop. She has her card parked in a car garage on channel side without power for days and your response is yuck. Thank god I didn’t raise my daughter like to be someone like the owner of this company

My appointment was your typical lash appointment, Abby was very nice and did a great job. I left my appointment with my eyes bloodshot and didn’t think much of it because I tend to get red eyes for about an hour or so after getting my lashes done. Somewhere between 7/8 hours after my appointment, I was dowsing BOTH eyes with saline solution and my left eye felt like someone was poking me with a scalpel. It’s now been over 24 hours, my eye is still bloodshot. Come to find out my eye is most likely scraped from the glue particles that traveled from the extension to my eye. I was going to ask for a refund but the option was not given to me when I was on the phone, and unfortunately I’m not one to press. Instead, I was told to take a Benadryl and to set up an adjustment appointment or have her take off my lashes. Respectfully, I declined, as even though this may just be circumstance, both my eyes had some sort of irritation/trauma to them, and my left eye is STILL bloodshot, swollen, and in pain. I’m wearing an eyepatch because it hurts to open my eye :( photos are from today (August 4th, 2024, 5:15 PM)

Let me start off by saying it's my fault I didn't say I hated what she had just done to my face but I just wanted out before I cried. My eyebrows looked better prior to coming in. Idk what she did. But I typically see another lady at the Wesley chapel location and I'll never stray again. I paid 36 dollars to have her make my brows look worse than before I walked in. She was a master stylist too so be warned. If she can't do a simple wax and tint brow I wouldn't trust them for my eyelash needs.

Kiersten is an absolute gem. Angel sent down from heaven. Master at lashing. You can’t even feel her touching your eyes, and everything comes out 10 out of 10 EVERY TIME

I was a little disappointed on how long my lashes lasted. One side fell quicker than the other. And payed more for a better technician was hoping for better results.

I was a bit skeptical at first and wanted to see what it would be like trying out a new lash place and i should have just stayed with my original lash tech. I had just gotten them done there and the inner corner of my lashes are gone. The prices aren't the best here, i didn't mind paying it for the first time it could hav been worse but when i saw the cost for a fill and the extra charge for me to see the same lash tech again, i found it to be ridiculous. My inner eye looks bare and my lashes feel so heavy and i always do volume sets so this feels weird. Im not sure how she placed them but the glue looks horrible and junky and overall the placement just doesn't seem good. I personally wouldn't reccomemind this salon. There are other places that have great techs and great lashbquality and prices.

I was a little skeptical since this was a new location w/ no reviews but took a chance and my lashes came out great! I had my lashes done w Erika, she was very friendly and would def recommend. I purchased their monthly maintenance plan def worth it!

Great experience and I really loved my lashes, however two days later, woke up swollen, itchy red eyes and multiple lashes out, so I think I’ve had an allergic reaction to them, which is not the fault of the studio. Disappointing though..Service: Eyelash extensions

Beautiful new location! I see Master Lash Artist, Mariah. She's been keeping me beautiful for over 2 years now. Amazing work, I always get compliments on my lashes. Highly recommend seeing her :) thanks again!

I had a great experience with Savannah this morning getting a new set of lash extensions. It’s not my first time getting lashes but it’s been about 9 months and I feel like this was a great way to get back into them. The gal who checked me in had a cute pink pop of color in her lashes and she was so helpful explaining the process to me and showing me the restroom, water and lash cleaning area. When I met Savannah I knew my lashes were about to look great because she asked a handful more questions about the look I requested before she got started. While she got set up, I thought it was neat the room lights automatically dimmed after I laid down to get cozy. Savannah's hands felt confident but so gentle and she worked meticulously on my new set. She often checked in on me to see how I was doing and make sure I was comfortable. After a bit of nap time I woke up and was so happy with the end result. One of my biggest specifications was to not put lashes too far on my outer corners, and she specifically asked me to check and see if there was any I wanted removed before we finished the appointment which was just an added level of professionalism and showed me she really wanted to make sure they were perfect and I was comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend this nice clean location and without a doubt Savannah is who I would ask for.Service: Eyelash extensions
