This store took off in sales when Stephanie started there let’s see how fast the stores revenue drops when Stephanie leaves. Monica’s family plays like there working there very lazy and are stealing from there family the way they work and carry on I can’t wait to see the affects of when Stephanie quits

One of the woman bathroom stalls didn’t have any toilet tissue and the stall that did have toilet tissue next to me toilet was filled with toilet tissue

Worst place every spoil milk always and roaches crowing on counter and the cookies and donuts are horrible and old. They just redo it with a different date they slow the best worker they had was paul but he quit

I’m definitely not the type to leave bad reviews but I bought a “elf bar “ last night from this location , got home & opened it , the packaging looked off ( inside the box) all elf bars have QR codes on the side to make sure they’re authentic, scanned it & it look me to a page saying it was an imitation of the real brand & to put in my info along with the location I bought it from , I immediately went back & asked for a refund . I was told that was not possible & that to their knowledge they were authentic, after going back and forward with the employees one of them told the other to just give me a refund but they “needed” a reference number from the receipt that I also never got & because of that I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK . I got adviced to just pick a diffrent one because they were being nice to me. Why would I pick a different one when they sell imitation of one of the biggest brands of disposable vapes .There was also no manager in the store & when the employee “called “ the manager they didn’t pick up .I was also told by employees they can’t do anything because they weren’t the owners of the store ?

DO NOT GO IN HERE! I go in here every other day or so. Never had an issue. Till today. The younger Indian clerk went to bathroom while I was in there. While I was washing my hands. He did not and walked out n went to go back to work. When I asked him to wash his hands he got an attitude and started attacking me saying I was in his way n he was going to wash his hands in the sink behind the counter. If he had. No issue would have amounted. But when I came out of the bathroom shortly behind him, he was standing next to the older gentleman reaching to grab his phone.. obviously he had no intention of washing his hands... Will NEVER go back into this store for anything ever again. I don't trust it's sanitary. Not to mention that he broke a health code law

Hands down, the cleanest 7-11 in the greater Land O’ Lakes/Lutz area. Better tasting coffee than Starbucks, at an affordable price, with a HUGE selection from four different machines. The owners are great, and they truly care about their store and employees. Monika is awesome. It shows, because all of the staff is very friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience or come across a rude employee.Also, if you’re in a hurry, no worries. It’s a busy gas station during peak hours, but despite that, the service is very quick. Even with a line, you won’t be waiting long.If you’re from out of town and need to make a pit stop, even the bathrooms in this store are very clean and maintained. I highly recommend this 7-11.———————————————————————————Note: Don’t go to the store on the corner of 54 and 41 (by McDonald’s). I have seen customers get cussed out of the store, as well employees getting yelled at by other staff. It’s very unprofessional. Most importantly, it’s disgusting. My friend even found a roach in his sandwich.

Just left this location. Just wanted to cash in my $7 lotto ticket. Walked in and waited for ten minutes for someone to come to the counter. Others did as well. We yelled “hello” and even walked around the store. I’m assuming the one employee was “taking the browns to the Super Bowl”. Once he finally came to the counter he had to do seven other things before attending to the line. He ran my lotto ticket through once and said it wasn’t working. No additional attempt. A total waste of 15 minutes for $7. I mean I should of just left after 3 minutes of waiting, so I guess it’s my fault.

Was yelled at because drink spilled in store wrost customer service ever do not support and to add if you had the right size lids for the cups it would not have spilled I was so Terrified about the way he yelled and Screamed at me as if he was about to jump the Counter and harm me about a "spilled drink in a gas station" Something told me to get out of line once I saw the guest in front of me address the clerk on how he over charge her on a cookie your real rating is 5 stars times 0 (5⭐️×0=0), and the way I was treated in this store says alot about how you really feel about the customer who shop here
