We contracted Mike after an unsuccessful attempt with FSBO. Mike listed our investment home and had multiple offers within 2-3 weeks. Our buyer backed out the day before closing after all contingencies were met, and Mike quickly put it back out in the market and brought more offers to us within the first week. The house is officially closed and we are grateful for the money we saved using 1% Lists and Mike. He will be our go to realtor for our next investment property.

Transactions were smooth. There were no roadblocks to deal with . The closing was scheduled near the end of the month however, Mike was able to close 2 weeks sooner. Mike is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate world and is a professional to a T !

We used Mike DelGrande as our seller agent. He discussed with us how the housing market was, showed us comparable homes. Helped us price our home to get the best price with out going out of buyers range. He had a great photographer take photos. He also helped with colors of paint. All that combined helped us to get an offer in 5 days. I would recommend Mike to anyone for all their realtor needs. Several of our neighbor’s have used him also. He’s the best!

We had to sell our mother’s house in Florida, and we lived in New York, and while we were at her house, we found a listing For Mike and from the very beginning, he was so helpful and worked so hard in a very difficult circumstance. He truly took over and staged the house, cleaned up the house, was able to sell things all while we lived in New York. He went above and beyond any real estate agents scope and truly is highly recommended.
