I was at this at this store looking For a product and ask an an employee and he was very helpful and informative and help me find the product I was looking for and I was able resolve my issue this young man name was miaikel he was very friendly and his customer service was amazing we need more people like this that take the time to help when you are in hurry and on the go thanks .

Everyone I spoke to was amazing. The girls in the pharmacy were so kind and helpful. And those on the floor were hard at work and helped me find everything I was looking for. I will always come to this location for my Walgreen needs.

The drive through is terrible. The employees are cold and inpersonal. For the prices Walgreens charges I would expect better customer service. I can go to WalMart for poor service; at least their prices are lower.

This store pharmacy is mindless. Only 1 customer ahead of me 15 minutes later no one was even pretending to care about the long line backing up behind me. Some issue with one customer ahead of me brought the entire pharmacy to a halt- 6 employees total. Large latina girl put on her best oblivious and I don’t care demeanor. No one offered to help other customers but she instead spent her time stocking shelves with Rx in no hurry or even acknowledging other customers waiting in line. Can they not handle more than one customer at a time?? I should have taken a video because hard to put in writing how indifferent and careless this group is. Zero management I presume.

Walked into pharmacy to get a flu shot. Pharmacist said she had no availability for flu shot and was booked every 15 minutes until this afternoon… there was no one in the pharmacy line… so I left and went online to see they have WIDE open availability for flu shots today. Guess they didn’t feel like doing that.

The main cashier/clerk upfront was extremely rude and disrespectful. The person working here at approximately 8:30am Thursday 5/25/23. I politely asked her two questions. She responded to the first by just pointing, not saying anything, and to the second question in a very irritated and condescending tone.

I misplaced my husband's RX at the store by mistake the night before after picking it up . I called the very next morning and the manager Kyle went above and beyond to look for it. Pharmacist was kind enough to refill it when he couldn't find as the prescription was lost somewhere. Life saver really - thank you so much!!!

These reviews are so right! Josie, the shift leader, was so rude! First, she came over like she was being bothered. All I asked her was for a receipt, and she said, "I can't." She asked "like, how" and I told her I was reporting it to Walgreens and said "why are you taking to me like this", but then said she could go in the back and do it. Mind you this at the time of transaction. It's not like I left and came back. I should've been asked if I wanted a reveipt. Very odd and unprofessional.

Tried calling to speak with pharmacy tech I was picked up and placed on hold over 4 times - that’s the worst customer service. I expect better.

We got 6 passport photos done last night. Literally took almost 2 hours!!! They came out so blurry and the color of our faces was orange on half of them. Being expats we weren’t sure if that’s what it was like when we renewed our last photos so we submitted them to the US embassy and they were rejected straightaway for being out of focus. 2 hours of our lives we won’t get back. Did get a refund easily though the following day when we took them to a different staff member which I’m thankful for.
