Don and Vanessa were so helpful and amazing. My son broke his necklace that had a charm on it, and Don fixed it within minutes. I’m beyond grateful for their accommodation and expeditious fix. Family owned with very nice people working in the establishment located in Lakewood Ranch on Main Street. This store has favorable return policy and stands behind their very nice merchandise. You can rest assured that you are dealing with real professionals with your satisfaction in mind. From our standpoint, overall a very smooth transaction. We will be back for all of our jewelry needs; purchase, repair, etc.

I was visiting Sarasota and went into Vanessa Jewelry to have my engagement ring looked at because the center stone was a little loose. Immediately they looked at it and within 2 minutes he had the center stone snug again. They were so friendly and helpful!!

I have finally found a jeweler I trust in our area and one that has designs that I look for. I have had jewelry repaired and I have ordered pieces from them. I have always had great luck with their service. Every time I walk in for something I know I am in the right place. Great service and reasonable prices.

Last year we brought my wife’s wedding ring to have a post replaced. The work was excellent and done in a timely fashion. This year, we brought my wedding ring, and one of my wife’s bracelets. Again, Ken was phenomenal in getting the work done quickly and affordably. We will definitely be back!

Just needed a necklace repaired they were fast friendly and reasonable. I dropped it off and it was ready 1 hour later they even offered to wait outside with it so i Would not have to park my car. Great service

As a previous customer of this store, I was disappointed with the lack of service received on 01/28/2023. My friend & I stopped in before our dinner at Paris Bistrot. My late husband had purchased a beautiful black pearl necklace for me in 2021. When the extension chain added was finished, I went to pick it up & I purchased a pair of black pearl earrings to match it. I don’t expect anyone to remember me for any length of time? But when I went back to the pearl counter to take a 2nd look at Different type of black pearl necklace that had caught my eye? I asked my friend to come & look at it. I was getting ready to ask for assistance? A young couple came into your store, immediately the sales representative arose & greeted them? My friend & I left. We won’t be returning. We will take our business elsewhere!

My family was visiting for vacation, we stopped in to have a look. Wowsers was the owner so rude. Guess we weren't dressed the part and she lost a big sale. Nothing that we can't buy once we get home, but really wanted to buy my Aunt a gift. Nice way to do business especially in this economy, guess she doesn't need the business.
