I visit UPS stores at least once a week. At this location - Busy or slow the staff is always very pleasant, processing is in timely manner and customer service is top notch. Often overhear customers and staff conversing like “old friends”. I enjoy coming to this locations.
Compare to other locations (on Fruitville - horrible horrible service) … They do not make you buy a tape or charge you $$$ to tape if you didn’t get a chance to tape your box.

The staff there is just fantastic. I am there a lot due to packages i send back to my family in Connecticut and Amazon returns. Heather, Rick, Aryn and Cara are the friendliest most helpful people of any business i go to here in Sarasota. My wife tells me that i order from Amazon things i don't need just so i have to return them and see my friends there. Not quite but i truly enjoy going in there. After 40 years in HR at big companies im always looking at how business people treat their customers . You are lucky to have such fine people there. Pete Egan
