Tech couldn’t diagnose pump…then he told me one thing and reported something different. Not trustworthy if they cannot be honest on what diagnosis is…would not recommend them.

The worst pool service company ever. We were transitioned to this company after the pool company we were using sold to them without bothering to say a word to their current customers in advance of the transition. Only an email of the transaction from this company and an incentive to give them your ACH for auto-billing before a certain date, and they would give you a discount on your next bill, which they failed to do anyway until they were called out on the error.
The service from this company has been absolutely terrible from day one. Settings and schedules on our pool are messed with every week for no reason, our pool is not properly cleaned, as I find floating debris in the pool upon inspection immediately after the service. Algae is left to grow on the side of our spa with no effort to brush off after MULTIPLE requests for this. And now, after hurricane Helene, we had a lot of debris in our pool as you can see from the pictures, so we fully expected that our service that week would include a vacuum. To our shock and surprise, it did not. When we asked the pool service tech, Jason, why he won’t be doing it, his excuse was that he had “too many properties to be at that day and wouldn’t have time”. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. We are paying for literally nothing at this point. Stay away from this company. They’re careless and lazy.
EDITING to address what was also a lazy response:
The hurricane is one thing, why my pool is consistently still dirty immediately after service and why my equipment and schedules were randomly changed and messed with is another. You have also not addressed my request regarding algae growth, which to this day continues to be ignored. In addition, you service my father in-law’s pool next door, which has been GREEN for weeks!
Also, it was discovered that our salt chlorinator had been broken and never once did your maintenance person bring this to our attention or note that the pool needed salt. He was treating our pool as a chlorine pool the entire time! And in case you have any doubt about the level of laziness I’m referring to, no one even came to service the pool this week nor was a service report sent.
