“I got lucky and didn't have to wait for my pre employment drug screen. I must have come at a good time in the afternoon, so that was very nice not having to wait. The mobile check in process is nice and quick, I think it's useful and makes it more efficient rather than signing the typical clipboard form in the front. Ashley was super quick and no frills. You can tell that she can work skillfully in a fast paced environment. Employees like her are much needed in a busy lab like this.”

“I use this LABCORP at Walgreens at least once a month. I avoid going on Mondays. Don't know why but Monday seems to be the busiest morning. I try to get there there between 8 & 9 a.m. to avoid those trying to get tested before reporting to work. The electronic kiosk sign-in is relatively simple and quick. I rarely wait as much as 10 minutes. The "Flea-bottomless" are quite good, but must do a LOT of PC input. I don't recommend that you go there as it may cause me a longer wait.”
“I have always had a hard time with getting blood drawn. I always end up getting sick or passing out, or the person drawing it cannot find a vein. That was not the case here, they took care of me and had me in and out in 15 minutes. This was the first time in YEARS that I got through getting my blood drawn without throwing up. They made me very comfortable and were so helpful!!”

“Wish I could give ten stars! I have very small hidden veins which often results in getting poked a lot before anyone is successful. The gentleman got me on the first try, he was professional and it was painless. I usually ask to lay down as I have a tendency to pass out…I don’t know why I didn’t ask (probably because places like Quest have always acted like I’m the biggest inconvenience for it)…but I started to pass out and the guy was very calming, He was able to finish the draw then carefully lift me over to a recliner and got me cold water and some candy.”

“There should be a phone on the wall to call in the back if we have problems or questions. For one I needed to tell someone I either had to run home to get my paperwork or I could call my doctor and have it faxed I had to interrupt one of the nurses that came out to talk to someone else and I would have rather not bothered her just think that could be a courtesy offered”

“I appreciate this site. It is run smoothly. A lady in the clinic greets everyone at the door first thing in the morning. Then she organizes the appointments and directs people to run things efficiently. My phlebotomist, Katie, was kind, professional and make me feel comfortable. 5 Stars for Katie too!!! I will be back to this location.
* Heres a tip do everything online and when yu arrive at the office check in online so when it opens you can go right in. Makes a smoother process for everyone. Don't have a computer or smart phone no worries they have a computer/ Kiosk inside when you walk in. Hope this helps someone.”
“Amazing hospital. Had An amazing ER doctor who ordered the right tests and diagnosed a serious illness quickly. Got me admitted and into surgery with a specialist very quickly. ICU staff was amazing. Special shout out to nurse Mark. Dr Mayer with neuro surgery was amazing and compassionate. The entire experience here was outstanding. Feel very thankful to have landed in the right hospital.”

“I have always had exceptional caring attendants and technicians at the SMH outpatient Lab!!! I can be a very difficult patient due to my veins being very small, each time they have been patient and very careful. Very clean and neat waiting room and blood draw rooms. Always prompt at getting the results to my ordering doctor in a timely manner. The registration associates are pleasant and very professional. Thank you!!!!”
