“I had an exceptional experience with Robin at Mattress Firm on University in Sarasota/Bradenton near the UTC Mall. I was very specific about what I liked and disliked in a bed. She thoughtfully listened and pointed me in the direction of just 3 or 4 beds to try, giving thorough explanation and answering all my questions. I appreciated her knowledge (she’s worked for MF over 10 years) and engagement. She removed the element of overwhelm and actually made the process enjoyable. She also didn’t steer me immediately to the luxury beds, respected my cost parameters since I needed 2 beds and 2 bases. Also I’m pleased with the pricing and financing options offered. My beds arrive in a few days, after which I’ll need to review those! For now, thank you to Robin and Mattress Firm for a really positive “selection” experience! Really well done.”

“If you would like to buy your furniture from a place where the people actually care about their customers, this is the place! Dave and Dawn sold me a beautiful, very comfortable full size pillow top mattress and box spring for the same price that mattress firm was trying to sell me for just the mattress. Not only that but on their day off they help load the mattresses on top of my van because it was the only day I could pick up the bed. They provided the straps and I didn't have to lift a finger. As soon as I'm ready to buy a new couch, I know exactly where I am going! If I could give more than five stars I would!!!”

Double sided mattresses that you can flip so body impressions dont form. You dont get double sided mattresses from the chain box stores and they never last bc they're cheap junk.”
“This store is a great store. Sleep number mattresses are excellent. The price of them is really the only thing that kept us from buying one. But every place we went were expensive. We bought one online and I hope we didn't make a mistake, we will know in about a month from now. If you go ask for Zack, he's a hell of a guy and was very thorough and was not a pushy salesman at all. I told him we were shopping around and he understood. When we bought elsewhere I let him know that and he was not mad and wished us well. Zack is awesome.”
