We have renovated several homes over the years. JDE completed our most recent renovation in Lakewood Ranch. They were, by far, the most professional team we have ever worked with - their carpenters are craftsmen with terrific attention to detail in their work. Their painters and tile people were excellent. AJ, Scott, and Kelsey were all super easy to work with - we plan to use them, again, in the future.

Our experience with AJ and his team at JDE was top tier.
We had heard of a lot of good first hand reviews from friends of work they had done in our old neighborhood Lakewood National.
We recently moved and were looking to have our kitchen fully re-modeled along with some other items in our house updated.
AJ the owner personally came to our house and after my wife detailed what she wanted done, he walked through what his vision for our space could be. We had an idea of the level of sophistication we wanted, but he was able to take it to a whole other level. We however also had a deadline in mind, as we were about to have a baby within the next few months and needed the job to be complete by the time she arrived.
After deciding to move forward, his team were always very professional and diligent. His assistant Kelsey was on top of updates, and let us know when to expect certain things to be done and people in our house. It is never easy going through a remodel while living in the house, but the team delivered.
The end product is beyond our expectations and we are extremely happy with the result. Highly recommend them, a true 10/10 experience. Thank you!

My entire house looks brand new ? Can’t thank AJ and his entire crew enough! My house feels like a home again. My favorite part was how fast and efficient they were. Family of 4 (with pets!) and we all moved upstairs while they quickly remodeled our entire downstairs and then we moved downstairs while they quickly remodeled upstairs. Floors, baseboards, paint, electric work, cabinets, custom shelving, complete bathroom renovation. You name it and they re did it! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Our decision to make a significant investment to remodel our condo turned out even more beautiful than I had hoped. It was very expensive, but JDE only uses top quality products and they do excellent work. AJ was great to work with throughout the process. He does what he says he will do. He is a straight shooter and is honest. His top assistant Kelsey was a great resource for us throughout the project and always follows up on loose ends. Our entire remodel was completed in about 7 weeks. That's really fast for a total remodel of a 2,000 SF condo. Oscar did most of the punchlist items following the project and he is excellent. JDE's culture is to work with their customers hand in hand throughout the process: they're honest, non combative and they follow through on their commitments which we really appreciated. AJ and his crew are unsurpassed... JDE did a complete down to the studs renovation on our Siesta Village condo... We are still a little away from the finish line but here are my thoughts to date.... The Owner AJ and his right hand person Kelsey are an extremely talented design Team...Here is the most Important part : AJ will basically refuse to build anything that he deems to be ugly... STG !!! He won't do it !!! And the results speak for themselves.... So far People are stunned at the transformation of our Home !!! Pics will be up soon, Thanks JDE...

I needed 7 interior doors replaced. An estimator visited my home and told me she'd have an estimate to me in a week. Two weeks later, I called and called and called to see what the delay was and no one answered or returned my calls. Three weeks later, I called again and emailed them. Finally, I received an email stating they can't do my work "due to scheduling issues." That was THREE WEEKS after the estimator visited my home. Obviously, this is not a company I would recommend doing business with. They are unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive.

The JDE team was fantastic and the remodeling looks terrific. They installed new kitchen cabinets and counters, two feature/bar walls, floors throughout, painting etc. Various teams completed the work and it was well coordinated and they moved quickly and finished on time. I highly recommend JDE for their great work and AJ who helped me with the design.Services: Install flooring

This guy talked me into a entire remodel with his product. I had everything in mind down to appliances and the model numbers. He changed everything and then bailed at the end leaving me with no range (cuz he ordered the wrong one) now punch list has gone by the wayside. He got his money and he's gone. Too many mistakes. Too many problems. And there is NO itemized billing. So basically this guy is just screwing you over. And the good reviews. They are all his friends. Lol. Don't hire this crazy nut job!!! He's now trying to sue me.... I paid him all I owe and he never finished the job!

We used JDE for two projects. When we initially purchased our home they completed a variety of custom built items (ceilings, cabinets, shelves, etc.). They handled all aspects of the project and completed it very quickly. We liked their performance so we had them come back for a second project where we converted a closet into cabinets with a very nice wine refrigerator. JDE makes it easy for the homeowner. They do very good work at a fair price.Service: Remodeling

Had them give me a quote/bid on some work. The guy was nice enough but his ideas for renovation far exceeded mine. For all work I wanted done he kept upping what I was asking for. I wanted a cabinet built in my bathroom vanity. It became that he would take out the whole countertop, replace the sinks, of course many things and much more money than I was wanting to spend. In the kitchen, where I was wanting granite countertops. It was redoing the whole kitchen for 50,000. I called on the phone and they said the could do the countertops and that they built cabinets all the time. When people up me like this, I want to say. Great! Put it in and pay for it yourself. His bid for it all was 80,000 to 90,000 dollars. This is for a cabinet about 1.5 ft by 2 feet and granite countertop in the the kitchen. These little jobs turned into monsters-complete remodel of the bathroom and the kitchen! Great ideas but great money,too.

JDE was amazing to work with. The entire team was extremely professional! We had them remodel our kitchen, design built in cabinets in a great room and home office, design and build custom beams into the ceilings, install a dry bar and a wood ceiling on our lanai. AJ and his team do awesome work. AJ is a perfectionist and ensures the highest quality in ALL of his work. The ceilings in the bedroom, great room and dining room are so beautiful. They make the house! The built ins with fireplace are gorgeous and exceeded our expectations as the lights built in shine on every shelf. The kitchen is to die for. They transformed our home.
